My boyfriend dropped off my $569 dress (purchased at the end of August) to be cleaned after I wore it once. It was only lightly soiled, mostly from sweat under the arms. When we picked it up, I was shocked to find bleached-out spots along the hemline that completely ruined the dress. I brought it back and spoke with the owner, expecting her to take responsibility or at least offer a solution. Instead, she was disrespectful and dismissive, claiming I must have caused the damage myself after leaving the shop. There was no apology, no effort to make things right. After this experience, I will never trust Spruce Hill Cleaners again. If you value your clothes and want to be treated with respect, take your business elsewhere.

Every time I come to her laundromat she is always watching me and following me around. When it is white or Asian people that come into the laundromat she is kind and greets them. She is rude to the black people that come here.She even came up to me to see what my sheets felt like and touched them without my consent. It's always a weird interaction every time. Today was a normal laundry day.I put money in the coin machine to wash my clothes in the laundromat. I added detergent to my load and let the washing machine do its job. Upon waiting for my load to get done, she stops me like why are you sitting there and questioned if I even was washing clothes there. She is very disrespectful. She came asking me over and over if I was washing clothes. I was very angry mad very affected by her treatment of a paying customer. Don't go here. She just takes black peoples money but doesn't treat them right.
