When we picked it up, I was shocked to find bleached-out spots along the hemline that completely ruined the dress. I brought it back and spoke with the owner, expecting her to take responsibility or at least offer a solution. Instead, she was disrespectful and dismissive, claiming I must have caused the damage myself after leaving the shop. There was no apology, no effort to make things right.
