I brought in my white queen sized comforter for dry cleaning and not only did it come back the same way I dropped it off but it was actually WORSE it took them an extra four days to get the work done because I was told they had to clean it twice. After going by twice and being told its not ready and then calling to see if it's ready, I was finally forwarded to the owner who had to "explain the situation".
