This gym is 24 hours and $10 for a day pass, $35 for a week pass, $70 for a couple. Very strict rules about not being anyone with you to try out the gym unless they pay that day pass fee. This gym does provide life alert type pendants to wear while you're working out if you have health concerns, which is an amazing thing to offer.

We do a range of strength and cardio with her during our sessions then she gives us "homework" workouts bookended with yoga and walking for the rest of the week. It's actually quite fun and she makes sure you're using the proper technique. She's a responsible trainer who will not push you to the breaking point that will potentially put you in danger of injury. Finally, she's very good with communication throughout the week to see how we are feeling, if we are sore, if we liked the new routines, etc.

There is a room where they do classes, a room for stretching, and 2 separate weight rooms. It's not so big that you feel like you're walking around too much though. It was fairly quiet every time I went in. There are showers to get ready in. It's a self serve style gym too. You have badge access 24 hours. Only downside is it's a black hole for cell service.
