It was because of the time the doctor took with us. She sat with us for nearly 25 minutes, examining, talking, looking at his x-rays, weighing her options and making sure that she made the best plan tailored to my kiddo. I appreciate how dedicated she is to each patient. She didn't make us feel like just a number or a task to check off her to do list. I trust her judgment and I made my down payment and scheduled treatment the same day. We've had a few appointments so far and we are very happy with them and looking forward to achieving a beautiful smile.

Didn't say thank you or goodbye or anything. Just terrible bedside manner. I had waited 20 minutes for that too! I don't care what title you have or how much money you make... You owe basic customer service to clients. It is not difficult. They are also booked out through December apparently so I think it's time to find a new dentist. The staff is very professional and competent. They are not judgmental about what they find in the patients mouth. They just put their head down and get to work. Dr Allen is great too. She is what a dentist should be. Kind and thorough. I like it here a lot.
