My teeth started hurting, and I needed a lot of work, so I looked and finally found Dr. Wolter. His staff is so welcoming, and they make you so at ease. His assistant sat next to me and patted my hand, always asking if I was ok. Dr. Wolter would ask if I was ok and never once hurt me. And I had ALOT of work done. 2 teeth pulled, never bothered me after I left. There were lots of fillings, and he even remade 2 teeth. I had heard they try to upsell, so I was hesitant, but to my surprise, they were not only kind and professional, I did not feel oversold on anything. They listened when I shared she had just been to the dentist for a cleaning a few weeks prior so didn't "make" her get another cleaning. Their equipment seemed high-tech and being able to see the x-rays right on the screen in front of the exam chair was great. Dr. K was really cool and provided my daughter with exercises to help with the pain and shared that they have an oral surgeon who comes to their offices once a month. After calling around to oral surgeons we had gone to in the past and finding out the wait times were 6 months to a year out, we immediately called back to Aspen and were able to get her in within two weeks to get her wisdom teeth out. Overall, I would recommend Aspen - the office is nice, the staff is friendly and professional and they helped us when we had nowhere else to go.

When I asked the office manager why, she said that the dentist who worked on me was the only dentist there that wasn't on my insurance. Then why did they pair me with her? To get more money out of me! I came back with documentation proving that she was on my insurance and that my insurance had already paid for everything! She said that she would look into it. I was upset that I had the root canal and before I left, I was asked for a $250 co-pay. They were lucky I had it. The lady told me when I called to question it that if I had read the paperwork I signed, I would have seen there was a copay. The "paperwork" was on a tablet and the wifi shut down three time while I was filling it out and had to start from scratch so again, I guess I can say my fault but a simple heads up would have been appreciated. Then I started getting bills for the remainder of the payment which again I had no idea about. The tooth really wasn't that important. I made a payment arrangement and the payments are automatically taken out of my bank monthly. I am still getting demanding statements saying payment due now or face collections and must pay within 30 days to avoid further action. I'm on a payment arrangement!!! What more do you want?? It's just bad customer service. The harassment isnt necessary.
