A few days ago I got verbal confirmation that I owe $0 for the out-of-network lab for the pap smear. That took almost 4 months of protest to my insurance. A couple days later I got the written response to my grievance against Katherine Lynne Berdofe, NP, for sending my lab Out-of-Network. The answer was she said the lab was sent to X co in Houston, it was in-network and I could switch to a provider in GALVESTON. 3.5 hours away. My medical record contradicts her claim and customer services confirms based on my plan and zip code there is no co x in network. I told them they should sanity check their work. Be persistent. Ask customer service over and over why. State your disatisfaction with customer service. File a grievance. An appeal only has to state that the provider did x and you want the claim reconsidered because you believe your plan entitles you to y per the Evidence of Coverage. I used Facebook too and that finally got noticed. The quality of a lab can make a difference. If a provider wants they can make sure you stay in-network and help you make a selection (as I have experienced) or they can make it your duty to prevent them from using the lab that benefits them. So they fail you two ways in concern for your health and financially. read more

I just left this office after seeing Dr. Jamie Zachrison and although I came here for a follow up after suffering a miscarriage somehow I feel a little better. After I left the hospital I called to make an appointment for the following day. They managed to squeeze me in and I was seen on time, the office looks nice, and the staff is even nicer. Dr. Zachrison was very sweet and reassured me that this was not my fault, common, and that everything will be ok with time and self care. He even shared his own personal heartbreak. I really appreciated and needed someone like him during this sad time. I will definitely be back when I hopefully have better news! read more

I called the clinic requesting early appointments due to history of miscarriage. They were amazing and got me in to confirm pregnancy and track my hormone levels when no other office in Austin would. (And I called them ALL.) I saw Dr. Bosco a couple times. He had extremely well bedside manner and was great at answering questions. Very kind. He even called me himself to go over some test results. This practice is also the closest to my home. Unfortunately, I will be voluntarily leaving the practice. Every time I call, I am automatically put on hold for 5 minutes. If I ask the receptionist a question, I'm on hold another 5 minutes. My first appointment ran over an hour late, causing me to be late going back to work. And at my very first prenatal visit, I was given bottles of formula. read more

My OBGYN is Dr Mueller, and this is my second pregnancy with her. If you want someone who is going to listen to you, build a relationship with you, and truly care about you and your baby's wellbeing, then she's your doctor! The office is also great about scheduling, and has always managed to fit me in whenever an unexpected concern has come up. The nurses and medical assistants are very friendly, they really get to know you. They are a very caring and wonderful group of women. Even though I live in south Austin, this practice is definitely worth the drive. read more

It's pretty hard to find a OB GYN that you are comfortable with . Dr . Jamie Zachrison was my Dr when I was pregnant with my daughter was compassionate, caring , had a wonderful bedside demeanor, and reassured my on any questions I had . I'm an now 34 weeks with my son , at 13 weeks I had to have emergency surgery and have my appendix removed . I had an appointment post op , but Dr Zachrison went to see me in the hospital and reassured me everything was fine . At 32 weeks my husband had work during my last ultrasound Dr Zachrison said if my husband could come the next visit in 2 weeks he's so another ultrasound so he could see . I'd highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a OB read more

Wow. Your relationship with your OB should be personal right? Well, wrong. I just called to schedule a post-partum appointment and was somewhat taken aback when they said it would be a month. When I asked if there was nothing sooner an appointment scheduler laid into me about not scheduling some appointments after my baby was born. She didn't ask why. The reason why is I didn't have insurance for 3 months. But thanks for making me feel great in light of a stressful period with two kids under 2 and no health insurance. And since you asked my baby whom you delivered is great! I think I may have an infection in the c-section pocket your doctor left on me that I would like to have checked out. But that's not your concern. Getting patients in and out and shaming them if they lose their health insurance is. read more

Everyone was great. Dr. Goss was very friendly. She listened to every concern that we had and answered every question. She did our ultrasound and got us quality images. We are very excited to have her as our OB/GYN. read more

The only reason I am giving this two stars is because in 2016 I went here for the tail end of pregnancy. The nurses at the actual hospital were absolutely lovely! Nowwwww! To make a long story short went to the ER recently found out I was pregnant. ER folks said I need to be seen 2-3 days after and they would send a note too the office and to just call and get scheduled. Which I knew was going to be a problem because 4yrs ago scheduling was a problem. I called the next day heyyyy can you squeeze me in? 1st rep you receive a call back. Waiting(6hrs later) called again heeeyyy can you squeeze me in? Oh the first person did it wrong you will get a call back (it is now 330p). I called ARC the next morning they got me in immediately!!!! When I told them the issue and even apologized for the wait time which was non existent ! I got a call at 4:45p the next dayyyyyy from this office. No apologies, asking me what arc saw etc and had the nerve to ask I was going to continue to utilize them.... Helllllll no you don't value your patients. If there is a mention of ectopic pregnancy and you are dragging ass the hell do I want to go see you for. They tell me the doctors don't share patients well sorry to tell you that just doesn't work all the damn time but go to show the lack of communication you all have going on in the office. Will not be returning and will drive allll the way to round rock if I had to, to not use this office and I live 3 minutes from it! (Excuse the typos) read more

I've had a great experience over the past 4 months with Kyle Parkway. My Dr is Dr Mueller and she has made my husband and I very comfortable as this is our first pregnancy and we are clueless. They only complaint I have is that when you call you never get to speak to someone. You always have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. The staff is really awesome though always very friendly and informative. read more

I didn't like Dr. Bosco at all. He didn't make me feel comfortable. After my annual checkup, I cried all the way to my house. But he is my Sister-in-law OBGYN, so he must be good right? But no. It's not normal. You shouldn't feel bad after an OBGYN appointment. Then when I got pregnant. He gave me an appointment until my 9th week of pregnancy. And when I started bleeding, the only person I was able to talk to was the nurse. I didn't get a follow up from him. I still haven't heard from him. I even talked to my mother's OBGYN in Mexico before talking to him. I'm extremely dissapointed with him. I wouldn't recommend him. You would be just a number. read more

The worst office staff I have ever had to deal with. They will not return phone calls. They will not contact the pharmacy timely to refill medications. They will not contact you with lab results. It's completely ridiculous. I like the Dr and the location is convenient because I live and work in Kyle, but I am sick of having to throw a fit in order to find out my lab results or get a simple prescription for birth control refilled. Deplorable to treat your patients with such negligence. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I made an appointment and went in with concern that I was misscarrying at 7 weeks. The staff and Dr were very nice and attentive and helped me with my baby. I had blood drawn that day (Wednesday) and was told the results would be back the next day. I called the next day (Thursday) and the nurse told me my results were there but the Dr would have to review them and give them to me. Ok. Did not receive a call Friday. Finally, I called Monday at 3:30 pm after going through the entire miscarriage and had to talk to 4 different people who all tried to schedule me for normal pregnancy appointments to 40 weeks. I reexplained the situation to every single one of them, never talked to the Dr. I told them I was concerned I needed a rhogam shot because I am Rh-. The nurse said she didn't know and would have to ask the Dr. I went in the next morning (Tuesday) and had the shot and still never saw the Dr. If I had not called and pried and bugged them, I would never have received a rhogam shot or even been suggested it and could have jeopardized my ability to ever have another child. read more

I do NOT recommend this office. The staff is Horrible ! From the nurse in the doctors office even the schedulers. They are really rude and of no help nor use for this office. Any time I have called, to either set an appt or had a medical question or issue because I was pregnant the staff (nurse and regular staff) all seemed as tho I was just bothering their office. Being they are so close to where I live, Id wish theyd hire new staff or at least train them on customer service etiquette and review their job description with them. I will now transfer doctors offices and do so gladly by driving to San Antonio to a friendly and excellent care doctors office that I had gone to the past before looking for a doctor closer to my new home. read more

I'm really disappointed with this office. First time I called to make an appt at around 7 weeks preggers they said the soonest I could get in was a month later! Then a week and a half before that first appt I started spotting, no pain and not much blood. But since I hadn't had my first appt yet they said they couldn't see me, and also they had no openings. They said to go to the ER, which would be super expensive, I just feel like they have too many patients to properly care for their current patients. read more

Dr. Jason Bosco has been the best Dr. I have ever had and I always look forward (instead of being scared) for my appointment. I went in for a regular check up appointment on August 9th(I was 13 weeks and 1 day pregnant)where we learned my baby boy didn't have a heartbeat. I was heartbroken. Dr. Zachrison told me that I could either wait for my body to pass my baby naturally or we could do a D&C which is a surgical procedure where they go in and take the baby and all of the tissue from inside my uterus. We decided to go with the D&C because he said it was the quickest and healthiest option for me and to be able to try again soon. Dr. Zachrison was the person who performed it and he told me that after one normal menstrual cycle that I would be okay to try again. It is now two months later and the bleeding is still present. I won't bleed for a few days then out of nowhere blood just comes full force out of nowhere and I bleed straight through clothes and feminine products within 45 minutes. I've had blood clots bigger than the size of half dollars and no one seems to care. I have called the office dozens of times and they just put me on medication to stop the bleeding twice now which did not work. They won't tell me why I'm bleeding still and they won't even schedule me an appointment for another two weeks! I am beyond disappointed with my once fantastic OBGYN. He was great while I was pregnant but as soon as I lost my son he and his nurse seemed to not care what happened next. I will never go back to him for any reason. I am beyond upset. I already lost my child, which was hard enough, then I have my doctor who won't even give my health a second glance. They don't understand that this is destroying me mentally. I feel like I'm losing my son every day over and over again. read more

I cant recommend this practice enough. Dr Bosco and his staff are amazing. They are kind, attentive and caring. They always greeted us by name and we looked forward to going to each prenatal visit. After the birth of my son, my husband and I actually missed going to see Dr Bosco. Now that we are pregnant again we are excited to have a reason to go in. To be excited to see your ob/gyn, now that says something about the level of care we have received. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Goss and her nurse Wendy! My husband and I had our first baby with Dr. Goss and it was an awesome labor and delivery experience. Dr. Goss truly listens to her patients and is thoroughly invested in their pregnancy, labor and delivery. I am more than blessed to be experiencing having my second baby with this awesome team. I couldn't imagine going through this life changing time with anyone else!!! If you need an OBGYN in the south Austin, Buda, Kyle or San Marcos area there is no other choice, in my opinion, than Dr. Goss!!! read more
