My boys were finally called back 30 minutes after their appointment time. My son was very anxious about his appointment and seeing a new dentist. The hygienist got him seated, but my son was unsure about laying down since it was a table, not a typical dental chair. The hygienist said to him, "if you don't lay down, I will need to take you to the baby room". Needless to say, that upset my 7 year old even more. How would a threat like this help a child?! Needless to say; we will never return to this office. I was appalled at the way the hygienist handled the situation. I expect better from a pediatric dental office.

Dr. Jensen, Gabby, and the entire staff have helped make them feel comfortable, allowing them to take their time and come in between regular cleanings for "happy visits." They allow extra time so my autistic daughter can request breaks when she feels overwhelmed or anxious, something she rarely needs to do anymore since they have worked with her so diligently! The entire office is kid-friendly with games, movies, art supplies, and books to help kids wait patiently and relax before and after their appointment. My girls LOVE coming to Dr. Jensen and I cannot imagine taking them anywhere else!

Once we made it in the hygienist was kind, calm, and did a great job making our daughter comfortable for the visit. Dr. Johnson came in with good energy and was efficient in his time checking out the teeth and not dragging anything out longer than was needed which was really appreciated. I had called to establish dental care for my daughter in April (this month) and notified them on the phone call that I could see a developing cavity in my daughter's mouth. I specifically asked if they could treat cavities in office for her (knowing she's a toddler based on her birthdate) and they said they would need to do an evaluation and would do treatment a different day. They NEVER told ME DIRECTLY that they can't handle sedation treatments for toddlers. We proceeded to come in and evaluate the cavity only to be told they can't treat cavities in office for toddlers. And it wasnt in a polite "oh I'm sorry you were misinformed" or "I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding." No. Instead, Dr. Dimick rudely interrupted me, held her hand up, and told me she would read through transcripts that would show I was told. Lo and behold, the transcripts never show them telling me. Supposedly 5 months prior (December of 2025) when my husband was calling dentists to find a dentist for our kids, he was told. I was not told. And 5 months later when I'm calling to establish care and I'm specifically telling them there's a cavity, why would they not "reiterate" such vital information?! I would NEVER have wasted time and money there if they would've been transparent and upfront with me, and confided they that are unable to treat cavities in toddlers. What is the point of a pediatric dentist who can't treat?? And more so, a dentist who so rudely claims to have told me things they did not. Absolute insanity and a waste of time. A scam of a dentist as I've found to be common in this area...Take money from you and claim they "evaluated" but doesn't have the ability to treat. It's laughable if I weren't having to pay out of pocket for wasted appointment and X-rays.

Know how much your ins. pays towards ada codes, do not let them tell you that they can give you an estimate. The fees on paper where different than the fees that the doctor submitted. My daughter,…read moreyoungest of four kiddos suffered some really challenging medical trauma before she was 2 years old and the memories of that fear and pain lives in her body. She's cured every time she walks into a medical office of ANY type since she was able to communicate. When we walked into the dentist office for the first time it was no different. She was terrified. Dr loving and her team met her in her fear and held her. They have tenderly and patiently nurtured her and helped her rebuild trust not only with her body, but also with her medical providers. Giving her space to ask questions, taking time to show her and patiently moving at a pace where she could engage the courage she needed to step into situations and spaces that felt scary and overwhelming. Including things in her mouth, shots, x-rays, any anything where she felt a loss of control. Today we went in for an emergency visit, she had cracked a molar and turned out she needed a crown. 1 hour later we walked out with a smiling little girl, who she'd maybe two years before the procedure started. She did amazing and she left feeling proud and happy about her new "princess crown" a feat that ONLY happened because of the care and attention that has been provided by Brandy and her team. I can not recommend them enough. I have kids ages 15 - 6 and have had multiple different dental experiences since becoming a mom, hands down THIS IS THE BEST! I wish we had known about her earlier and can guarantee we will be with her as long we she will see my kids. I'm so thankful and feel like they have not only helped instill confidence in my daughter related to her experience at the dentist, but they have truly helped her heal from medical trauma that could have caused anxiety for the rest of her life.
