Last Thursday night, we discovered we had a bee hive in our backyard up in the tree. Nothing we could reach, nor anything we had any expertise in so we contacted Kyle's Bee Removal to have them come out. They said they could be out the next day (Friday 7/6) between 8-10a. We asked if we could reschedule until after 1pm due to having to change around my following day's work schedule. They said sure no problem. The next day while I'm still at work I get a notification at our front door camera at 12pm. Sure enough it was Kyle's Bee Removal. I had to have a conversation with this guy through our front door camera since he was an hour early. When I mentioned I thought we had scheduled at 1pm, he said "Oh it isn't 1pm right now?" He asked if he could go in our backyard to check it out. I said yes. He came back and said that the beehive was too high and he didn't have a ladder that could reach, but would have to have his coworker come out on Monday who had a 40 foot ladder. I asked if there was any way they could still come that day (seeing as it was still early in the day) and he said he would call and check, but the guy with the ladder didn't work weekends. So he called his boss and the guy with the ladder and confirmed that they wouldn't be able to make it out until Monday. Understandable. This guy's name is Brandt (sp?) and he is nice but kind of odd he can't figure out the time. Fast forward to today, my husband was off work today and called Kyle's Bee Removal at about 8:20a this morning to get an ETA of when they'd be here today and provide some context of the situation. Jerry, the owner stated that he knew of the situation and that they'd be at our house before noon. Well, noon came and went and Kyle's Bee Removal was nowhere to be found or heard from. My husband had to call them at 1 and Jerry said that someone had already been at our house or should've been. My husband assured them that no one had been there as he'd been waiting at home all day for them to show up. Then Brandt called my husband saying that he was "told to call him and that he had scheduled the guy with the 40 ft ladder to come out today, I reminded my boss this morning let me call him and call you back." Jerry called my husband back and said sorry, they're all booked up today and they have someone that could come out tomorrow. I called Jerry myself and told him how disappointed we were in his lack of follow through and his inability to schedule properly. He went on and on about how he only has 2 guys who have 40ft ladders and how he only found out about our call 10 minutes prior (what?! We talked to you on Friday AND this morning!) I said you don't know what's happening in your own company? He said well he dispatched a lot of his guys to Chandler and the guy with the 40ft ladder was already booked for today. Additionally, he went on about how he had a guy fly out of town for his grandmother's passing over the weekend. Which I'm sorry if that's the case, but I'm not too sure what that has to do with his team being a no-show today even though he told us they'd be here by noon and we had to do all of the follow up on our own. Infuriating. He basically just gave a ton of excuses as to why they weren't showing up today. He apologized but really did nothing other than offer to come tomorrow (Tuesday) between 8-10. I said given your track record I don't trust that you will actually show up. He overpromises and undelivered. We chose this guy because he had 5 star ratings, however I'd give him -1 stars if I could. God forbid this be an emergency or one of us be allergic to bees, because they would've dropped the ball on that as well. read more

Kyles Bee Removal Service is: THE BEST ! Kyle was on time, polite, efficient, (removed the hive and bees in about 20 minutes). He cleaned up a little mess that was around the bee area, ( that wasn't created by him). He explained where he would be taking the Bees, and that was it ... Perfect ! A few bees remained for a couple of days ( which he told me they would) but I called Kyle again, and he came out the next day! All bees are gone now, and I hope are living in a happy new home. Kyle answered the phone 10 minutes after 7:00pm and calmed my concerns regarding bees on my property. We arranged a time for the next day to assess the bee situation. Kyle called on his way like he promised and came to my home on time. Low and behold the bee problem was a swarm and not a hive. The bee swarm left my yard before Kyle got on site. He did not charge me for the visit! If I ever have a bee issue again I will be sure to call Kyle. Great guy, great service. read more

My husband saw a swarm of bees this morning checking out our roof. Of course I freaked out and Kyle came out this afternoon. He was very poliie, knowledgeable and professional. He is not an exterminator. He is a master of the bee trade and and thus loves what he does. By the time he arrived the bees were gone. He spent a half hour just checking the perimeter of the house and did not charge us anything because there were no bees. Wow! It should have been $75 for the service call and $50 for same day service. You just don't find many people with integrity like that these days. If the bees come back, I'm calling Kyle. read more

Kyle did an awesome job. It was easy to schedule an appointment and he was punctual, friendly, and did a thorough job. Before he began, he explained how he was going to remove the bees and treat the area. The bees had been in a sprinkler valve box for about a week, and Kyle had the bees and honeycomb out in about 30 minutes. He cleaned up the bee's mess and added insulation to the box to prevent more bees from moving in in the future. He also explained how the bees would be relocated to a farm. With honeybee populations falling in the U.S. and the majority of our crops dependent on bees for pollination, bee relocation should be a no brainer. Kyle makes this choice even easier by charging significantly less than it would cost to exterminate. (I was charged $75 for everything). Kyle was amazing! We called him to remove a hive in the top of one of our trees. In less than 24 hours, he was out here had the hive removed, relocated the bees, and cleaned up the mess. When I discovered my bees I delayed in calling someone because I didn't want to kill them. I found Kyle's Bees and read about their relocation services. Very glad I decided to call. I called Kyle's Bees yesterday when we realized we might have a problem. Kyle himself came out today, right on time as scheduled. He took a look, explained what he found (bees, lots of them) and went to work. Three hours later the bees have been captured for relocation, the hive/comb removed, the area sealed and problem solved. Kyle was thorough, and patiently explained what he was doing and why. The price was as agreed and, in my opinion, a bargain. I couldn't be happier with the service. I called Kyle's Bees based on the reviews here on Yelp. Fantastic service! Office kept in touch as to when Kyle would be out since he had a large job ahead of ours. Kyle and Isaac showed up earlier than I expected and got right to the job. They had to cut through the drywall ceiling on our back porch to get to the hive, quickly and humanely removed the bees and their combs, saving the colony. They patched and sealed the drywall and were on their way and the charge was less than I expected for such great service. Will definitely call them again if I ever need this service in the future. Discovered a bees nest over my patio. Wanted to find a company that did not kill the bees, but moved them since we are losing bees at an alarming rate. Called Kyle and he came that same day. I had a bee infestation in the eave of my house...a hive about 24" × 24"...about 20lbs of honey. I called numerous companies and had a bad experience with one of them. I explained my situation and within 2 hours, Kyle, the owner was at my door. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a quote that was super reasonable. He got right to it and within 2 hours the bees were removed. Not only did he remove the problem, but gave me a good lesson on how to prevent them from coming back. Very knowledgeable, thorough and ethical. He doesnt kill the bees...he relocates them...how awesome is that. I can't say enough and highly recommend this company. I have had issues with bees at my house before and have just called exterminators. While searching on the Internet I found information about bee relocation but most of their prices were extremely high. Then I found Kyle's service. His price was not only better than exterminators but he also relocated the bees. Kyle responded immediately to my email, gave me a price and set an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly, analyzed the situation and told me what he needed to do. He not only removed the bees but also their hive. Even though the area ended up to be quite a bit larger than what I had initially explained to him (because I could not see how far under the eaves the bees had gone) Kyle remained true to his initial quotation. He then completely cleaned and sealed the area up and explained that would keep new bees from being attracted (which is what has happened in the past).
