She will work until you are happy with your look! I see great work from the other stylists in here as well...I've seen everything from cuts, color, blow outs, and up dos and everyone has walked out looking better! Everyone who works here seems to get along, and I always enjoy meeting someone new as I get my hair done! They also do a great job with kids' hair. They sell a nice selection of hair products too.

And I trusted her to take good care of it. I went for a haircut on February 7, 2024 and was looking forward to getting it styled by Emily. It was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. She turned me away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing. Emily totally disregarded the thinning of my hair and pulled out a whole lot of it with her round brush and blow dryer. She cut the back of my hair a lot shorter than the front and very UNEVEN. I trusted her to take good care of my hair and obviously I shouldn't have. After I went home and realized how badly Emily had damaged my hair, I went back to ask for a refund and she refused. I've had to take all kinds of steps to try and repair the damage Emily caused to my hair. I feel sick that I was such a bad judge of character.

Tried on numerous occasions to reachout to management of the shop in The Great Clips located at Waterside Crossing in Denver, NC (141 Cross Center Dr) only to be treated very unprofessional and of course NO resolution.  For some reason the Owner of this francises is virtually unreachable which is another Huge Red Flag, If you use this venue make sure of pricing before service and watch as technicians perform services as this was an issue with this so-called management person as well. Given all of these Red Flags I would be super careful of engaging any other indepth services such as color or counting on this Shop for Special Occasions.

I was being time efficient with her the whole time and didn't waste time. i had been super kind to her the whole time and didn't say anything when she was being aggressive and rude, she even seemed annoyed when i asked for my nails a little shorter. I have also seen her be aggressive with my friend's nails and super impatient. Jun needs to be more patient and have respect.

I'm happy I did because I've had two manicures here and they have both been amazing. I have seen 4 different techs (between manis and pedis) and each person has been kind, welcoming, and thorough. The two manicures I've gotten have been incredibly detailed and both have resulted in the best grow out I've seen. At my old place, my hair would start catching under the edges of my SNS as they grew out. I went almost 5 weeks with my last manicure from Bellagio and not a single nail started to crack or peel up. They have a lifelong customer out of me now!
