I had my hair done for a wedding on Friday. I've been there before and had a good experience. Not…read moreexactly what we wanted but it looked good. The girl was nice however she struggled. Kept curling hair one way, pulling the curl straight and then doing it the other way. I gave her an inspiration photo and she said no problem. It was terrible!!! Just awful. Big clumps of frizzy mess, creases from where she pinned up my hair, it was all frizz!! When asked "what can I fix" I said nothing because it was obvious she just couldn't do it. I called to complain, the girl understood completely said the manager wasn't there but would get back to me. It was a mess, fell out I had to quickly put a curling iron through it myself to look presentable. NO ONE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO CALL BACK.

HORRIBLE! Please save your money and go somewhere else. I just visited this morning for a blowout,…read moreand it was the worst experience I've ever had getting a blowout. 1. The stylist pulled my hair the entire time and even burned my head a few times with the blow dryer. It hurt. And I have a headache now. 2. The stylist was unfriendly. Did not speak to me the entire time except at the beginning and end. 3. My hair looks worse than if I DID IT!! I asked for the Manhattan, and my hair has waves in it. She was supposed to use the flat iron at the end, but before I could say anything, she sprayed my hair with hair spray and made it bouncy. See photo!! 4. She tried to sell me a hair treatment, and when I said no, she looked annoyed. I understand my hair isn't perfect, but I left this place with frizzier hair than before. See the photo taken RIGHT after visiting. I will NOT be back. Seriously, do better. This is such a shame. You guys need to work on customer service, styling skills, and listening to what your customers want. Horrible. I expected better since it is a chain. I could have had a better experience at a Supercuts!

I love this place and all the staff. I live in Lake Wylie and will make the drive every 2 weeks or…read moreso to get my lashes done with Rebecca, one of the owners. I adore her and no one can do the amazing job that she can. She's a doll and to know her is to love her. She brings a peaceful yet uplifting energy to everyone she comes in contact with. I've referred several people there and the great thing about that is that using their referral program , I get a discount as well as the person I referred there. SCORE!! Kristin is the other Co-owner and does an amazing job on my hair. If she's not available I have gone to the other girls Lilly & Leanne & always walk out feeling great. They offer so much more than hair needs and amazing individual lash extensions..... you will hands down get the best spray tan in town. They have celebrity clientele that come there prior to fashion shows, local events, body building competitions, beauty pageants to get that gorgeous tan/glow because they know it's the best. Even if you are like me and not celebrity clientele, they sure make you feel like it. Go to their website and sign up for the email list to get notices of all the amazing offers they have and new services. You don't just get a haircut, you get tips and education and suggestions on what products will be best for your hair style, type and desired look. They use an amazing product line called Living Proof, Co-owned by the lovely and talented Jennifer Aniston. It's transforming is all I can say. You can buy the products there and it's so affordable and less than buying them elsewhere. They treat their clients like family and when it's time to go I hate leaving. These girls aren't just interested in making you even more beautiful , they care deeply for the community and giving back. They are heavily involved in raising supporting charity events and raising money to help with cancer research. They participate in many causes and I don't think you'll find that in too many salons these days. Just check out their website! Also, you MUST ask about the Esthetican services and products. They are incredible and affordable. In this Glamorous Salon you are made to feel like the Star. It's all about you. I will drive 1-1.5 hours thru 77 traffic to see the best! So much talent under one roof! How fortunate for me ( and you ). Oh and their Blow outs are a treat. Go for it. Your hair will thank you. You'll be so glamorous and you can go 2 days with that gorgeous coiffe without having to do anything but touch it up ! Love them !

Every single one of us was thrilled with the result and got exactly what we requested. One of my bridesmaids gets anxious when having anything near her eyes, and they were so patient with her and talked her through every step. She ended up looking fantastic (as did all the others!!) and loved her makeup. We had the salon to ourselves and started around 11am and our makeup and hairstyles lasted well over 12 hours! Would definitely return to them again for beauty services!

Love Love Love This…read moresalon has exceeded my expectations. I had questions before booking my appointment and the staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions. I did a little bit of digging to find out which salon I wanted to go to and was so happy my new go to salon. The salon itself was really a welcoming vibe of love when you walk in. I had Bethany as my stylus and she did an amazing job and super friendly. All the stuff that I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back.

I debated writing this review for a while, but I think it is worth doing. I have NEVER written a…read morebad review in my life, but this salon has the most confusing, least transparent, and most hypocritical pricing system. Let me start by saying the stylists themselves are lovely. This isn't about them. They were kind, professional, and genuinely talented. My issue is 100% with the management and policies that clearly care more about money and marketing buzzwords than about actual customer experience. I booked my appointment with my mom. She picked a "higher-ranking" stylist, so we expected her haircut to cost a bit more--around $30 extra. That made sense. The salon already lists all prices in ranges, which is fine (it's standard since hair length can vary), but their "starting" prices are already high. Whatever, I'm happy to pay people fairly for their time and skill. Then I get there and find out about their "SalonScale" policy, which means you're charged extra for the hair color product itself, weighed by the gram. My stylist told me it would be about $50 more. Annoying, but I was flying out of the country in a few days, so I just went along with it. By the time I was done, my haircut and color were over $400. For a single appointment. Meanwhile, my mom (whose stylist was higher ranked) wasn't even told about this SalonScale charge, and her total ended up less than mine. Our hair is the same length. So explain to me how that makes sense. If the haircut and color are already that expensive... what the hell am I paying for if not the product? , After getting home, I checked on their website to see their SalonScale policies. This is what pissed me off the most, and where it becomes hypocritical. They actually try to justify this extra charge as being for environmental sustainability. Here's what their website says: "We believe in transparency and efficiency, which is why we use SalonScale for our color services. We weigh out our color by the gram with every client to ensure perfect results every time. By weighing out color, we also eliminate waste, keeping in line with our mission to be more sustainable and leave less of an impact on the environment. With SalonScale, we separate the cost of color from the service price using a parts and labor model. This way, you know exactly what you are paying for." Sorry, but you do not believe in transparency. Nothing about this was transparent. I'm not standing back there watching you weigh color by the gram--you could tell me anything, and I'd have no clue. And "charging more money to save the planet"? Give me a break. You don't need to bill your customers an extra $50+ to be sustainable. Just use what you need and don't waste product. Stop using climate change as a marketing prop to justify upselling people. The haircut itself wasn't even what I asked for, but I take some blame for not speaking up right away. I left my hair curly, so I didn't realize how different it was from what I asked for until later. I came back the next day for a touch-up--they said they had a "no charge" policy for that, which I thought was great considering the expensive nature of my haircut. But after the touch-up, my stylist offered to "style" my hair. She phrased it like a nice gesture, a little favor. Then boom--it showed up on the bill as a $50 charge. That's not a favor. That's shady. You need to be upfront with customers about how much things cost BEFORE doing them. I checked online, asked in person, and asked again when I arrived for my touch-up appointment to clarify that there would be no extra charges. , Oh, and the final insult: they charge tax on the tip, which you have to pay. Normally, I wouldn't care, but by that point, it just felt like one last way to squeeze a few more dollars out of me. The sad part is that this could easily be a great salon. The stylists are good at what they do. But the way this business runs? It's manipulative, confusing, and anything but transparent. If you go, just know you might walk out paying $150+ more than what you planned (and with the feeling you've been taken advantage of under the guise of "sustainability").
