My daughter bought a SUV from them it had the check engine light on their "mechanic" said it was from cheap gas and cleared the codes saying it was "fixed". We had to take it back to them because one the trunk didn't open and the check engine light came back on. He fixed the trunk and said it was good to go but guess what check engine light came back on then the breaks went out. I had the breaks and O2 sensor fixed. While driving to Iowa City with my kids in the back it shut off while going down the road. I took it back today for my daughter so they wouldn't take advantage of her again. His "mechanic" said again it was because the cheap gas. I showed him a Crack in the bracket he said hitting a bump hard will do that or who we had do the repairs did it. Then told us to take it to Buick because it's under warranty. They found 2 broken motor mounts and the catalytic converter was bad. Alone with a major oil leak. The owner told me if we buy the parts the would fix it labor free. Then told me I didn't matter because I wasn't on the lease. I left. After work my husband and daughter went there and he screamed and cussed at my husband tell him he didn't matter after my daughter ask him what he should do and when my husband looked at him he yelled and cussed at him he then yelled and cussed at my daughter scaring her and made threats all is on video. I bought a car from them and got financing through them as well for $11,000, I haven't even driven 10 miles on this car. The only thing I did wrong was to trust. I'm a disabled veteran who pulled all my resources together to buy this car, I live on a fixed income and I can't afford to make payments on a car that is in a need of a new engine. Yes I did let them know what the mechanic told me what was wrong with it and they told me they'd put front brakes on it that's just putting a bandaid on it. They knew this was a bad car they overfilled the engine with oil why because they knew the car burn oil and the engine was bad. I would not waste your time and effort going to this dealership not only did they back out of the dealership deal and tried saying that I gave them false information when I was already approved by the loan company, but they are also going based off what another customer had said about me, they started calling me rude names telling me that they were gonna have the canine unit come over sniff the cars for drugs the car itself 2014 Kia Sorrento minivan needed new head gaskets the AC lines were leaking rear struts and sway bar links were bad it burnt way too much oil every morning. I went to go start it. It would just give me a big cloud of smoke. I left my house. The car literally was smoking so bad that I had to stop when I brought the car back to the dealership to have it looked at to see what they would fix it.
