This is the food hall located in the world famous 'International Market'. This was right down the street from our hotel so we thought we'd check it out today. Tons of shops in the mall :) This food court has a lot of options; hoagies, burritos, pizza, noodles etc and this bar sits somewhat in the center (Shaka bar) We did not do food as it was 2:30p but we did partake in happy hour drinks. My Pinot Grigio was $10 and hubbys beer was just $3 Nice spot to catch the WNBA and people watch!! Service was excellent.

Cheehoo Bbq Platter - Ribs, Sausage, Brisket, Korean Short Ribs, and Pulled Pork w/ Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Hawaiian Roll, Mac & Cheese

Cheehoo BBQ is serving up some serious smoked soul in a small shop that delivers big flavor. I grabbed the BBQ platter and let me tell you--it was absolutely bomb! The pork ribs were fall-off-the-bone perfection, the brisket and sausage were rich and flavorful, the pulled pork was juicy, and the Korean short ribs? Tender and drenched in a sauce so good you'll seriously consider licking the plate. The sides were solid: the potato salad was good, the mac and cheese was extra creamy and really hit the spot, and while the baked beans missed the mark (tasted more like chili than classic baked beans), everything else made up for it. And don't forget the fresh Hawaiian roll--soft, sweet, and the perfect finishing touch. Service was great--friendly and welcoming--but do note it's a small team working out of a food hall, so be patient. The wait is definitely worth it. The best part? All of this deliciousness came out to around $20-$25 with tax, and the platter was easily shareable with leftovers to spare. Cheehoo BBQ is a hidden gem that delivers big value and even bigger flavor. Don't sleep on this spot!

This place is in the International Market Place off Kuhio Ave, right across from Kona Coffee Purveyors. We came here for Il Gelato but it has various foods in the food court from pizza to burgers. Service was good, the gal was nice and helpful. It gets kinda loud in here depending on when you go and they also have live music certain hours which was a nice surprise.

Pretty good food hall. A bit small, but lots of variety and flavor of food, and service is good. They had a musician playing live music when I went, which really adds to the atmosphere. If not for all the orgasmic food choices within walking distance, I'd rate this a 5. However... Nom nom nom!

Stopped in and grabbed a few drinks from Tipsy Tiki and got some carnitas nachos as well from la Pina Cantina. The nachos were pretty good! The food hall has lots of options and many of the vendors also serve alcohol.

What's up with the plastic cups?

This is for the bar that is in the hall. It's a great location. Looked like a lot of locals come in. They have games playing which is nice. We watched some of the Merrie Monarch. The young woman working behind the counter was less than enthusiastic...forgot to order our fries. Drink was decent. Not some place I'd return to, but if you're in the area...

Kuhio Ave Food Hall is a pretty cool place to hang out and enjoy good food and hang out with friends. You won't feel rushed until you close the place down. They have a good selection of food choices, and bar, and a couple of dessert places. Come check them out!

Kuhio Food Hall. The Casual Hawaiian Food Bazaar. There are so many places to try in this location. One day was pizza by the slice. A few days later I found myself eye balling a smoked turkey leg. This is no regular turkey leg. This leg is like jurassic size. OMG. I checked out the BBQ restaurant and I was amazed. For $20 a jurassic turkey leg with 2 sides and a roll. I added a 3rd side. The hall os a great place for lunch and dinner. The staff at all of the restaurants were great. I will definitely visit again. Bon Apetit.

There were aunties and uncles out there with their canes. It was a joy to watch everyone dance. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. And then there was a large wooden dance floor in front of the stage where everyone danced. There is tables and chairs on the outside and inside of the stage. I haven't dance country line dancing since the 90s. We've come a long way from the achy Breaky heart in the tush push. The dances were interesting and intricate. It's not the commercialized restaurants ( sorry Waikiki) that you expect on the strip but it is down home good cooking with some specialties ranging from Japanese l, Korean, Chinese and more flavors. It's a perfect place to go to while you're staying on the strip and you don't want to wait in 2 hour long waits for mediocre food. Take a walk downstairs and enter into an elevated food stall experience. I'm not saying it's fancy, but I am saying it's worth a date night or fun night out with friends and family. Fair warning it has this interesting set up tho that makes it feel like its outside but it's technically at the basement of a mall plaza. So weird because the air conditioning is hit or miss but it's nice because the individual places have their own AC. I expected it to be cooler inside and it wasn't blazing hot but it was humid .... Baby friendly : Yes, absolutely yes. Now they have small tables and areas in some spaces but they make it work with what you have if there's space. I took my 6 month old with a doona stroller here and it fit fine. There were elevators conveniently in located in the space. Restrooms: you need a code from one of the food places and it will be on your receipt. They're pretty clean! Enjoy! Try everything.
