I wanted to send you an email to thank you for recommending L.A. Classic Limo for our transportation needs. My manager and the executive ladies from Emco Corporation (our number 1 customer) were very pleased. Some of the comments I received from my manager and ladies are: - Classy - punctual - Professional - Very courteous - Exceptional service - Patient - Overall wonderful service Carlos the driver was scheduled to pick-up the ladies at 12:30pm however they ladies decided the same morning (Oct. 12) to start their shopping and site seeing earlier. I was able to call Olivia at L.A. Classic Limo, she move the schedule around and was able to change the pick-up to 11am. The ladies were so pleased. One location they wanted to go was to view the Hollywood sign. He took them to a location that provided an amazing view of Hollywood and the sign. The ladies were all visiting from Canada so we would never know where to go to view anything. So this was a great thing for Carlos to do. Our goal every year is to take these executive ladies on a trip allowing Rheem and Emco to have business meetings while enjoying the sites in order to strengthen our partnership. I am overall very pleased with all the service that Lowes hotel provided. It is difficult to make others in a different and far location understand the high level of service we require on these trips but all your staff understood and delivered, as did L.A. Classic Limo. My usual go to guys could not find the reservation that I had placed with them a week prior to my scheduled service. This had never happened before but because of someone's negligence in that office, they did not have availability when I called to confirm. So I googled a few places close to my area and stumbled upon LA Classic. These guys should be called LA Classy.... From start to finish, my experience with them was a complete joy. Olivia, who answered the phone assured me that she'd get me a car in the last minute that I needed it and was very polite and reassuring. Then the car showed up earlier than scheduled as a convenience and you know what they say in business... "early is On time and On time is late"! The car was not only clean, it was immaculate! The chauffeur was sharply dressed and extremely professional and knew his way around the city. The ride was as smooth as they come. In closing, this company has just earned a regular client. My company had a conference in L A and the sedan service company never showed up to pick us up from LAX. We ended up calling another company which was the company Im reviewing L.A.
