Proud moment in Yelp World......my 600th review! If I could give 10 stars or more for this business, I would. Beyond 5-Star experience! I needed a Chauffeur service for a whole day to be driven from South OC to a funeral service in LA, last week. Thanks to all positive reviews on this business, I decided to go with Chauffeur Limousine Service, as my go-to for this particular assignment. They have a massive selection of amazing vehicles to choose from, and I ended up using their black Rolls Royce Ghost for this long round-trip ride for a Sunday late day into evening. My assigned driver, Colleen, arrived on time, and was very pleasant to take on a challenge of the day. She's an easygoing driver with lots of gusto! I was driven safely to my destination, and I arrived on time to the funeral service. The vehicle was clean, smooth, comfortable, and well maintained. After the long service concluded, Colleen drove me to the next stop to the family home located in Beverly Hills. Because of road closures in that area, due to the Golden Globes event, Colleen easily went around the clustered area, and I arrived safely to the home. I paid my respects for 2 hours, which during that period, I told Colleen to take her break. By the time I was done, I texted Colleen, and she appeared to pick me up in less than 10 minutes, and whisked me off to go home. The ride home was very nice, and I enjoyed my experience. Overall, during this difficult time in my life, I really liked that I didn't have to drive, during a day that was a long distance, and where I can mainly focus on the celebration of life of a dear close family friend. Colleen did a fabulous job, and I would definitely request her again, if needed. And I highly recommend Chauffeur Limousine Service for all your transportation needs! One call does it all! I used this service for a drop off to a wedding to all us groomsmen and the groom. The website was a little difficult to navigate but once I got on the phone with them it was easy as could be. It was a little last minute as I booked it the day before the wedding but they were very accommodating and we got a clean looking Escalade and our driver John was super friendly and most importantly on time. I have used their service before and have never been disappointed, but this time, they went above and beyond. I booked a trip from CBX in San Diego, and from the get-go, the customer service was top notch with prompt responses and extremely competitive rates. Their friendly confirmation reminders allowed me to adjust my pick-up time due to flight changes, and the pick-up couldn't have been smoother. Upon arrival, Marvin communicated with me via text and was there to pickup us up curbside within a couple of minutes (perfect after a day of traveling). My son and 5 of his friends were driven to prom in a very nice Luxury SUV by this very professional company. The driver (Eric) was on time and very professional. He made all the parents feel secure about the kids' safety. It felt great knowing my kid was going to make it to prom and back home by a responsible and experienced driver. My son announced Wednesday evening that he and his fiance we're going to the courthouse Thursday morning to get married. Jagdeep Gill and his team were outstanding providing us rides from South Orange County to LAX in February 2022 and SNA/SAN in July 2022. Drivers were punctual and polite. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. For our July trip, the final leg in our return journey was canceled at the last minute (while we were already in the air on the first leg of the trip, in fact) and Jagdeep quickly confirmed he could accommodate picking us up from SAN instead of SNA, all via text message and all within minutes while we were hustling to fix our travel plans. I wish my family's experience with this service is as good as everyone else's. I have a few issues: 1) Do not get their service if you want meet and greet. I wish I knew this and wish they declined the meet and greet when they took our order in of pickup from LAX!! We always order a meet and greet. Always. Because we want help with the luggages and we don't want to wait curbside. Judge me. We are spoiled and we are willing to pay for the service. With other service providers - not only do they arrive and help with luggage, they have a cart with them. We arrived at the airport, driver was nowhere to be found. I texted Jag, where the driver is, he said he didn't have my phone number and have to text the driver Donald. Why did he not have my number? It was provided when I made the order. This is past our pick up time. So, i asked are we going to be met at the baggage claim? Driver called and he will pick us up curbside. Their excuse - they couldn't find parking!! Never had I ordered a meet and greet service that this happened!! Never. Just with them. 2) they charge a credit card processing fee but did not disclose that. I have never been charge a processing fee without disclosure. It's only $7 but still. 3) I am leaving 2 stars because at least, we were dropped off safe at home. read more

The owner (Jag) is always quick to respond and communicates really well (via text mostly, which is what I prefer). He is organized, friendly and efficient. We requested service from Orange County to LAX for my family of 4 and pick up from LAX back to Orange County. Our flight was delayed and after going through customs and getting our baggage it was later than expected. Our driver communicated very well and located us with no problem.
