RICK IS THE BEST PROCESS SERVER I HAVE EVER USED! I used him for the first time a few years ago. This time, I had two different lawyers that I had to serve. The first attorney is someone whom I have known for years and is definitely an unethical lawyer who never plays by the rules. He literally takes the money out of his client's hands. The first lawyer took a little while to serve. Rick did the service. The second lawyer is supposed to be a partner in his own law firm. You would think that he would accept papers. No way. Rick had to go to his residence on several occasions to try and serve him and the attorney never answered the door so, at the end of the day, Rick had to do something called subservice since the second attorney didn't receive service like a normal lawyer would. RICK IS PERSISTENT AND HE ALWAYS GETS HIS MAN OR WOMAN! I had to have Rick testify at one of my prior lawsuits and he was very helpful in doing that as well, especially since he brought a video of the person swearing at him while accepting service! I enjoyed working with Rick very much. He suggested several things which made whole process go smoother. He's a consummate professional who takes his job very seriously. He followed up with me and made sure the proper papers were filed with The Court. Because we were under a deadline whereby mailing the papers back to The Court may have been tardy, he also made sure that the papers "arrived" at The Court on time for a reasonable extra fee. Rick did a fantastic job, above and beyond a routine service. Even though I told him that under Massachusetts law, it was enough to just leave the summons and complaint at the defendant's residence, Rick was determined to serve it in hand. He went back at least three times before he found the guy at home. The guy wouldn't answer the door, but after more knocking the defendant peeked through the blinds, asked who Rick was looking for, and denied that he was that person. It's hard to do justice in an explanation of how thankful I am for finding Rick. This guy is the best process server out there and his rates are very affordable.
