Everything could improve. Lack of knowledge, terrible customer service, completely clueless…read morebusiness manager. I could go on for pages. Stay away from this dealer! I bought an Indian motorcycle and was relying on the dealership to help me. Massive mistake. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to another dealer, which I regret very much not doing even though I could tell from my first visit they were bad. I have purchased dozens of cars, RV's, boats and motorcycles. I should know better. Kick myself everyday for trusting this dealer. I do not like the bike, they put through hell on my trade, etc etc etc. Lafayette, Louisville, Cincy. The drive would have been worth it.

I bought a brand-new golf cart in the fall. It has never worked correctly. Tom Wood has come three times to pick it up and redeliver it, but the same problem continues to occur--the cart abruptly stops for no reason, which causes safety issues when driving it. Yesterday, after having my cart for a month and a half (3rd time TW has had it) I was given 3 options, 1) trade in my cart for $9000 which is approximately half of what I paid (ridiculous I know!), 2) wait until they can get around to repair it, or 3) pick it up and bring it do another dealer. Can you believe it? I can't. I have never seen a company run away from a quality defect and take zero blame. They claim Club Car is the worst company in the world; probably true but they are right behind Club Car. It is crazy. This problem happened on the first day they delivered it and has never gone away. I have an email chain with over 80 emails on it. I have called over a dozen times and stopped in several times. They only respond when they feel like it, and you will never get an update on the service work without tracking them down. They do not care about anything but making that initial sale. Tom Wood dumped off my golf cart in my driveway today, with a known safety problem, and said "good-bye and good riddance" to my family. I have attached a pic of the email.

I shopped around to many shops before deciding to go with Jeff at Kings Classic. I decided to go with Jeff for several reasons and I'm so glad that I did. He really took his time to assess my car, walked me through all the options, his recommendation and why. I never felt rushed or pressured or like he was trying to up-sell me. He answered every question I had for him and I never felt like I was being a bother like I felt at some other shops I checked out. I strongly recommend Kings Classic for all your autobody repair needs! You'll get excellent and friendly service, an honest assessment, very competitive pricing, and high quality work. I plan to definitely come back here as my first option for all future autobody/paint repair. Here are other places I received quotes from: Connan's paint and body shop. This shop supposedly is a Tesla authorized body/paint shop to indicate it's a highly reputable shop. At times I felt like they were doing me a favor while I'm the customer trying to decide if I wanted to give them my business. They quoted me $850 to fix the hood. Wait time for an appt was one week. M&M Body Shop in Brownsburg. They quoted me $2400. It was by far the highest quote I received. I asked what would've be covered by the $2400 quote since it was higher than other quotes I received previously. Something I didn't like is when the guy said the price was high to cover the cost of replacing all the parts that couldn't be reused; he said many parts tended to "break" upon removal due to one way only tabs. He also said they knew how to handle the insurance to make sure it was all covered. Things seemed sketchy to me so I didn't bother ask them about scheduling an appt. Hollywood's Bump and Grind Collision Center. $1000. Guys working here were friendly and relaxed. Touch and Go Collision Center in Carmel. Chris checked out my car. Gave me several options including trying PDR and if that didn't work, the cost for fixing and repainting the entire hood. $870. He seemed very knowledgeable and booked for several weeks which seems like a good sign.

In general, my threshold for good service is very high and I am not impressed by any organization that just "performs its job". Given that, I had a real good experience at WP. I rode the bike out to WP and a service technician drove me back home. They communicated well with me while they had my bike. The work done was excellent and the bike performs beautifully. The service department is staffed with interesting characters who are very friendly and obviously love bikes.
