Living over an hour away, I chose to have the slingshot delivered, which cost $320. It was delivered filthy--not just dust from travel, but FILTHY. Trash in the storage compartments, under the seats (pop bottles, coins, pens, chapstick, fast food receipts) along with the sticky adhesive from the previous owner's lights around the sides and back of seats. And to top it off it has a HUGE gash in the side (that was not there when I test drove it!!) My husband of course was still excited until he drove it (of course I didn't notice how horrible the alignment is!!!). They have "graciously" offered to have us bring it back in to have it cleaned and aligned. Remember, I just paid $320 to have it delivered, why should I have to pay to take it back to have the things done that should have been done prior to delivery?? We don't drive the slingshot on the interstate and that was 99% of the reason of having it delivered. I wouldn't pay the teenage neighbor kid for a car in this condition, let alone a business!!! Pay $20,000 for a "fun" car and you'd expect better.

An awful dealership that will rip you off…read more Sales associate Jacob Whitham lied about the condition of a $90k motorcycle repeatedly, as well as the service technicians qualifications. The bike was badly misrepresented, and the CEO of Graham Rahal Vehicles Cory Watkins is also a liar that does not stand by the condition of his vehicles. This is worse than the sleaziest used car dealership operation. When my lawyer exposed Cory Watkins for the lies he was peddling and for going back on his word to pay for all of the issues of this vehicle he just doubled down and lied some more, except that the person who transported this vehicle has iron-clad evidence proving that all damage was incurred at the dealership by their inept service staff and covered up by their mendacious sales team. Cory refused to rectify a situation he assured me that he would in writing, and is now playing games. The "Graham Rahal Experience" is one in which you will be screwed over if they have the chance to do so. Updates will be added to this review. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

In general, my threshold for good service is very high and I am not impressed by any organization that just "performs its job". Given that, I had a real good experience at WP. I rode the bike out to WP and a service technician drove me back home. They communicated well with me while they had my bike. The work done was excellent and the bike performs beautifully. The service department is staffed with interesting characters who are very friendly and obviously love bikes. As my first experience with Westfield Powersports, I say well done guys and see you soon for - say a new KTM RC8?

I bought a brand-new golf cart in the fall. It has never worked correctly. Tom Wood has come three times to pick it up and redeliver it, but the same problem continues to occur--the cart abruptly stops for no reason, which causes safety issues when driving it. Yesterday, after having my cart for a month and a half (3rd time TW has had it) I was given 3 options, 1) trade in my cart for $9000 which is approximately half of what I paid (ridiculous I know!), 2) wait until they can get around to repair it, or 3) pick it up and bring it do another dealer. Can you believe it? I can't. I have never seen a company run away from a quality defect and take zero blame. They claim Club Car is the worst company in the world; probably true but they are right behind Club Car. It is crazy. This problem happened on the first day they delivered it and has never gone away. I have an email chain with over 80 emails on it. I have called over a dozen times and stopped in several times. They only respond when they feel like it, and you will never get an update on the service work without tracking them down. They do not care about anything but making that initial sale. Tom Wood dumped off my golf cart in my driveway today, with a known safety problem, and said "good-bye and good riddance" to my family. I have attached a pic of the email.

Thankfully, Kurt was outside and he helped us fix our car! This was truly the kindest gesture--he saw us in need on his way out of work, found the tools, and fixed our car. Though apologetic the impression i got was they weren't interested in doing the job. repeated comments on how big a job it was.

I leave work an hour or so later and I go in the store and I tell the associate I have an order for pickup. She's on the phone but she responds asks my name and says oh that got canceled. You'll get a refund. I tell her the order states it's ready. Well it's cancelled we don't have the part. This is the third bad experience but this one is by far the worst. You had hours to call text email me and you did nothing. Didn't even bother to help me find another location. Luckily I drove clear across town to another store and they had it. Where is the customer service at. No apology nothing but dismissed and back to her phone call. Yeah NEVER going to this location again.
