I was thinking the tire could be patched, but their mechanic discovered - and showed me - that the interior of the wheel had been damaged as well(!). Since I wasn't local, I was concerned it might take a few days to get a replacement wheel, and certainly didn't want to drive the rest of my trip on the space-saver spare. Trevor and Devin went through the options, and thankfully, not only were they able to source a replacement wheel but got it delivered the same day. I was driving through town, all night on the road and had a check engine light come on. My truck automatically governs the speed and makes it a pain to drive. I still have 6 hours to go and saw this place next to a gas station. I stopped in and asked if they could make time to simply read a code so I had an idea of what to tell the dealer at my destination. I informed them that I had no problem on paying for the labor. The mechanic overheard the conversation, quickly came out with the computer, took fifteen minutes to read the code, pop the hood, look for a problem, reset the code, and say "We're good". Don't worry about it. No charge. Please support these guys with your buisness if you have an opportunity.

At times I felt like they were doing me a favor while I'm the customer trying to decide if I wanted to give them my business. They quoted me $850 to fix the hood. Wait time for an appt was one week. M&M Body Shop in Brownsburg. They quoted me $2400. It was by far the highest quote I received. I asked what would've be covered by the $2400 quote since it was higher than other quotes I received previously. Something I didn't like is when the guy said the price was high to cover the cost of replacing all the parts that couldn't be reused; he said many parts tended to "break" upon removal due to one way only tabs. He also said they knew how to handle the insurance to make sure it was all covered. Things seemed sketchy to me so I didn't bother ask them about scheduling an appt. Hollywood's Bump and Grind Collision Center. $1000. Guys working here were friendly and relaxed. Touch and Go Collision Center in Carmel. Chris checked out my car. Gave me several options including trying PDR and if that didn't work, the cost for fixing and repainting the entire hood. $870. He seemed very knowledgeable and booked for several weeks which seems like a good sign.

I went a 2nd time a couple months later and they told me they "didn't get to everything" and that I'd need to go through a 2nd time. I have a new car and it just had normal cracker crumbs, not a huge mess. I appreciate that I wouldn't have to pay to go through again but there was now a long line and I was told it would likely be a 30 min wait to get through again. I didn't have time to wait another 30 min so just had to leave with a 1/2 clean car. Overall, I don't think the interior service is worth the $$$. Exterior is just fine and service is friendly.
