I was previously a customer a Noblesville Honda; Westfield Powersports acquired them recently. I took my Honda VFR 800 to WP service department for a major tuneup and custom exhaust install. In general, my threshold for good service is very high and I am not impressed by any organization that just "performs its job". Given that, I had a real good experience at WP. I rode the bike out to WP and a service technician drove me back home. They communicated well with me while they had my bike. The work done was excellent and the bike performs beautifully. The service department is staffed with interesting characters who are very friendly and obviously love bikes. I paid these unqualified clowns almost a $1000 to fix my Suzuki gsx-s2020 with a computer software issue and they were too inept to do the job plus they charged me over $300 for just a rear tire that I didn't need. I finally ended up sending my ECU to Schnitz racing and they charged me $200 to reflash it which fixed the problem. Westfield told me at first they could do the flashing then after they performed work it didn't need they finally admitted they had no capabilities to flash. These people are as dishonest as they come. Unless you want ridiculously priced tires and promises they can't keep DON'T EVER do business with these dishonest idiots. read more

Updated and corrected. I took my slightly used Honda ATV in for repairs on October 25, 2023. They told me on Dec 5th it was on the schedule and would be completed that week. I did not hear back from them and called on Dec 19th. After a lengthy hold I was told it "was on the lift" and should be done by the end of the week but gave no assurances. I was in the area on the same day and stopped by thinking they may be able to provide a prognosis on the repairs. I noticed the ATV was buried among a number of other bikes in for repair. To say it was "on the lift" implying repairs were underway may have been a bit of a stretch. WP has had the ATV for over two months and still have not made any progress. If you are in need of timely repairs I would look elsewhere for service. read more

Had my 2022 Pooneer 1000-5 in for its initial service. Basically an oil and filter change and overall inspection. This initial service is typically a 150.00 service including the oil and filter. My bad that I didn't ask for a quote prior to dropping it off. But when I picked it up and was charged 560.00 dollars. I called BS on them they studdered and stammered and tried telling me about topping off various fluids etc... Keep in mind this machine had approx 200 miles on it and was only in due to manufacturers recommendation for first service. I bought the machine at Seymour Powersports but living in Lebanon decided to have service done closer to home. Buyer beware don't trust Westfield Powersports to be honest or ethical. I did file a complaint with Honda as this Dealer is a bad reflection on them as well. read more

I asked if they'd be interested in a trade and I got "Unfortunately we are not interested." That's it. Not a hey man or oh we have too many of those or no but if you did x amount. Nothing. Sloppy service. Had a top end done and camshaft chain was loose, bike jumped timing and caused internal damage to engine. Big bucks. I was also missing bolts out of my airbox housing. I think they tried to hide it and didn't think I'd notice. Would not recommend service here. read more

I contacted Westfield power sports, spoke with Gary in the parts dept to order a gas cap for my husband in the am west coast time. In the afternoon, it was apparent we would no longer need the part and proceeded to call Gary back to cancel the order. As he informed me my account had been credited, I apologized for the trouble and Gary then said "whatever!" And just hung up on me. First off I go In to buy a drain plug for a four wheeler they don't have it in stock so they were going to order it and ship it to me. So I leave and ten min later I get a call saying they actually do have it in stock and they would refund the money for shipping if I go back. Then when I took the bike to the shop after it was done the bill came out to be $113.99. This company knowingly sent me on the road with faulty front brakes on a sportbike. BUYER BEWARE!! I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but the fact that this company put my safety at risk is where lines are crossed. I took my Suzuki GSXR 600 (sportbike) to have a safety recall performed on the front brake master cylinder. After two weeks, I was contacted by the company informing me that the recall had been completed and picked up my motorcycle. I inspected the bike at home, and it was obvious the master cylinder (and the other parts that are replaced with the recall, brake fluid overflow reservoir, new upper brake line) hadn't been replaced. Nothing had been touched. I confirmed my findings on an online forum with owners of the same year/make/model motorcycle. I then called the company to ask what the deal was and if it was a mistake and they told me I was wrong and that the only thing that was replaced with the master cylinder recall is the master cylinder. This was also false as there are a few things that suzuki replaces in the master cylinder recall (overflow reservoir, upper brake line). Once I brought the bike in, they confirmed my finding and offered to do it on the spot. No way I was letting these people anywhere near the bike again. You don't mess around with safety recalls, and you don't knowingly put someone out on the road with faulty front brakes on a sportbike. If you have gotten your master cylinder recall performed at this location, I advise you two double check to make sure the work was actually completed. I'd hate to hear of someone getting hurt, or worse, because this company was lazy and didn't complete a recall THAT THEY WERE GETTING PAID TO DO. Bitter taste in my mouth after this experience. Bad business. Safety is nothing to mess around with! Be careful with this company people! read more

Took the family fleet of bicycles in for a tune-up and tighten, etc. Doug was careful to set realistic expectations on turn-around, especially during these very busy summer months. I received a call a bit faster than expected. He helped load and unload the fleet. Prices were fair and the work seemed perfect on my test-ride when I got home. As an extra, Doug was polite and communicated professionally in every way. Located right on the Monon Bike Trail and local, I know I will return for any additional work in the future. read more

A recent trip in had me confront what appeared to be the sales manager. They sent out fliers advertising test rides of a new motorcycle being sold. I went in and presented the flier, talking over the specs and even accessories that can be bought to go with the bike. After a few minutes, copies of my information taken, I was confronted by the manager with some sob story about how one of their bikes was in the shop. I indicated that I was looking forward to buying the bike and that the sale hinged on a test ride to see if it was comfortable for me. The manager took my information down and said he would call me when the bikes were ready. I have been waiting for over a week now and still haven't heard back from them. I've been in this shop quite a few times and the service just doesn't add up. When I got my first bike (not from them) I had to walk into the back to get someone to help me with helmets. Their prices on used bikes are terrible, they charge near full retail for things that are several years old. I bought a motorcycle from them finally because it was near brand new with a lot of accessories added to it. read more

I came in on Sat to get tires put on my bike. It's first come first serve on Sat and they open at 9am. I arrive at 9:15 only to be told that they were already booked until the afternoon. I said ok since I had a ride. Then the service guy wrote up the work order, handed it to me to sign, when I noticed it was for $40 more than I was quoted on the phone, just to install two tires. I asked why was it $180 to mount two tires. His response was that he is just doing what his boss wants and that because I didn't buy the tires from them for an arm and a leg, the price increases $20 per tire for install. I was livid at this point. These guys just want to rob people for no reason. I went down south to Dreyer Yamaha and was treated like a king for half the price. I've had all my bikes serviced there for many years, and the service department has always completed the service on schedule with no surprises. They've pushed for the manufacturer to cover warranty repairs, and worked with other dealers on issues on my behalf. I plan to continue all my bike purchases and service there. read more

Working two jobs with night hours, getting things done on a normal schedule can be challenging. I corresponded via email with Josh about a specific bike I was seeking, as well as a few other dealers. Josh kept in touch and worked hard to make sure I had what I was after. They cut me the best deal of all the places I was working on landing a ride with. He also held the bike for me for a couple of days on my word alone, until I could arrange to get there to rick it up, and made everything flow smoothly once I arrived. This place has the best prices in the Indianapolis area on new bikes. I bought a new leftover 2012 model in 2013 for less than another dealership was trying to sell a used one. The buying experience was very low pressure. I prefer not to be hounded by salespeople when I walk into a dealership. So that works for me. I've also had my bike serviced there on several occasions, including new tires. No issues there. In addition, I've purchased a jacket and gloves I am happy with. A couple of the guys in the parts department seem rather distracted and not overly friendly, but I'm not too picky if they just take care of what I need. Now that they carry all four of the Japanese brands plus KTM, they have a huge inventory. Worth checking out if you are in the market for a new ride. read more

Bought a new first motorcycle here that, after 6k miles on it, was discovered by another mechanic that the front wheel was on backwards and had been since I bought it. Ive sent it in to the mechanic shop here multiple times and they added extra services to charge me more taking advantage of the fact that I was new and uninformed. At one point I asked for help on wheel alignment and a young guy told me to "put more miles on it" when clearly the front was out of alignment. At the time I didnt know how to fix it and went there the next day and the manager came out to show me how to fix it in 3 minutes. It was nice of him to do that for someone confused like me for the record. However if I tell them of an issue they will not go beyond anything that specifically wasnt spoken of. Point is Im not a mechanic and if I see a problem there is probably other things I dont know about. Resulting in asking for a fix and it simply didnt get fixed, but they did the thing that they thought was going to do it. They dont seem to really care was the impression Ive gotten from about a year of dealing with them. read more

Called Westfield Powersports and make an appointment to get my forks on my Gold Wing redone. They said they were 2 weeks out on repairs. So I made the appointment and they also said to bring it in a few days early in case they could get to it sooner. Appointment was for June 24th, 2020, I took it to them June 19th 2020. At $110.00 an hour labor cost and they said 4.50 hours plus parts I thought they would be best to work on my Gold Wing because they would know the Honda best. After expecting to pick it up by the 24th of June at latest, I called them on the 24th in the late afternoon around 4:30 and was told they were working on it and it would be done Friday the 26th in the morning. On Friday late afternoon they never called so I called them again, was told the forks were off and were waiting to be taking apart and would not be ready till first on next week. Today is Wednesday July 1st and still not done. This will be the last time I will ever go back to Westfield Powersports in Westfield, IN read more

I heard this shop carried a specific helmet I was looking for so I decided to check it out. First off, I tired to call them multiple times over a span of 2 hours and kept getting a busy signal. I didn't want to drive 45 minutes up there without getting a confirmation. Finally got someone on the phone. Not sure why it took so long. I mostly looked at the accessories, which they had a good supply of. I tried on a bunch of helmets and finally settled on one. The whole time no one even acknowledged my presence. I decided to pick out some glasses which took a few more minutes. There was no one in line as I set my items on the counter . I hoovered close for the next 5 minutes, while they took calls and looked at their computers with still no acknowledgment. I was just about to walk out, when one of them said "is there something I can help you with?" my response was, "yeah, I'm just trying to buy these items" (about $130 worth). In a time when a business are competing with the Internet, good customer service is the one area a shop has an advantage. no saying I'll never be back, but you guys need to step it up a little. read more

This place has lots of inventory at great prices. After shopping around I found they had the best prices around. I also found it's best to go in during the week as they are extremely busy on the weekends. I found an awesome deal on a new Honda. The nearest competitor was $800 more for the same model. Generally great prices on new bikes. The bad is they knowingly keep motorcycles on their website they know they do not have at prices they cannot deliver. Usually left over new models. The service department can be sketchy too. My sister took hers in for service and they didn't check or change the air filter even though the service called for it. I have heard others complain they don't do or check all the items that the service calls for. read more

I went in Westfield Powersports with $11k in my pocket to purchase a Yamaha waverunner. I found one I really liked and it was priced around 12k. I asked the sales manager if he could work with me on the price and he said he was as low as he could go on price. I said ok. He then turned around a walked away like he didn't really even care. What an idiot. If someone walked into my business with 11k I would for sure try to sell them something or work with them. Instead....I took my money and went to a dealership up north where they cherished my business and have a sale. Too bad WPS were too stupid to try to show me the other features of their Yamaha waverunners cause I actually ended up adding some more money for some upgrades. read more
