I explained that the machine makes my nails too soft and asked her to stop, but she ignored me and continued. When I asked if she was listening, she responded "no" in English. Then when you talk to the owner Angela and ask her to fix it, she will make it obvious that she DOES NOT CARE!!! "You didn't make clear what you wanted.". Lies, deception, rip off !!!! Now I have to go to my mother's funeral with dark auburn hair Level 5 when I am a blonde Level 8!!! I will have to have color correction & that is another $200.
