I pay for an unlimited membership. Every other week their level 4 bed is out and being serviced and there's a wait to get into a level 5 bed. The only other option is a stand up bed and that's not what I prefer. I will definitely be cancelling my membership here. read more

A friend recommended this location after my spray tan girl moved away and I could not be happier! The facility is always really clean and every staff member I have come across has been super friendly and knowledgeable. Carrie has helped with my spray tans each time and the color is always perfect! There have to be like 5 locations closer to my house but it's so worth it to drive a bit further knowing I'm going to be so happy with the results! I will definitely be visiting more as the summer months roll in so I don't blind anyone with my pale Irish skin haha. read more

I've been to several LA Tan locations and this is my favorite by far, mostly because of the staff. I am relatively new to spray tans and all of the employees/managers, particularly Carrie and Stephanie were extremely helpful in explaining the process to me and easing any concerns I have. There is never a wait for the regular tanning beds and the salon is always clean. I am extremely indecisive when it comes to skin products and they employees are always there to give a recommendation or explain the differences between the products. I have recommended this location to several of my friends and will continue to! read more

I've been to 4 LA Tan locations and this is my favorite one. They don't have level 1 stand up beds, but they have level 1 laydown beds. They also allow to you do the level 2 stand up for 10 minutes. The other location only allows 7 minutes max. I also love the fact that there is music and it is loud unlike some locations that don't have any music at all. I am taking off a star for the "broken" faucet in the sink and the fact that there is no stool in the tanning room. Otherwise this location is one of the better LA Tans. read more

THE PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!! First off, I signed up for the Gold Package which gives you half price per minute on all the beds. So instead of paying $1.60 a minute on a level 3 stand up I'm supposed to pay $0.80 per minute. However, when I wanted to do the level 3 stand up for 8 minutes I was charged $7.80. Last time I did the math for 8 min. x $0.80 I got $6.40. Are they charging 22% for tax? When I asked why it was that amount they said they "didn't know, that's just what it is". Second, signing up for the Gold Package requires you to pay for 3 months. I only needed it for a month and a half but I was okay with paying for the 3 months which I was charged monthly. I was recently charged for a 4th month even though I hadn't gone there in 2 months. I went in the next day after being charged to get a refund for the month I had been recently charged but the manager wasn't in. The lady at the front desk said that the manager would contact me that following Monday. Thursday rolls around and I still hadn't been contacted my the manager. I decide to go back to see if the manager was in or not. The manager wasn't in but he/she told the lady that was working the front desk that they are capable of giving me a refund but since "i signed a contract" they don't have to and wont. Just terrible management. I would recommend going to an entirely different tanning business. read more

I would like to say that I started getting a really great tan from here. their bulbs must be constantly changed. I do have 1 issue though- I was doing the level 2 lay down bed about 8 times then wanted to do the stand up one. I wish I would've been warned or as least told it was possible for me to burn. Then I wouldn't have done it. My whole body (except legs) got burned. The worst was my armpits- they were so sore. Very uncomfortable especially since I was building up my tan to go to Florida then show up there burnt and peeling. read more

the worst service. they close at 9pm. i came in tonight at 8:44 to get a spray tan. i called earlier and asked for a spray tan and they told me to come before 8:45, and i did. as i tried opening the door they were like oh sorry were closed as they continued to run to the back and hide behind a curtain as i waited outside in the cold. it's disgusting that they denied a customer and money. i could have gotten a spray tan in the amount of time i waited outside. if they wanted to leave so badly, they could have just let me do the spray tan. pure disgust. read more

This location has some of the best rates when it comes to memberships unlike some other tanning places in the area. There is no start up fee at all! :) They have a variety of lotions for you to choose from and they aren't at bad prices. The staff is very nice and helpful. if you are new and would like to see the different beds they offer they take you around and show you all of them. I go in at least once a week never makes it seem like she remembers me, never smiles.. basically could care less. One time the machine froze. Never got my money back. I'm not coming here anymore.
