I had earned member upgrades while I had the membership and they auto deducted the fee for months last summer. Then one day just told me since I wouldn't pay the very high prices that they were terminating my membership. I asked about the tans I had earned and purchased at the higher levels and was told I could still use them unless they expired. Well every time I'd go I'd ask how many I had left amd when they expired. All of a sudden they said that the ones I earned when I was a member that I couldn't use anymore because I wasn't a member. Called cooperate and they couldn't understand what was happening with it so they called the owner. I had 4 lousy tans left and they refused to allow me to use it. They sure weren't complaining when they took money out of my account for years. Wouldn't stand by what their employees told me for the last few months and as early as a few weeks ago. I'm sure those 4 sessions would really brake them if they allowed me to use them after I had been with them for years and spent tons of money in upgrades.
