She finally started my hands and the first thing she did was take clippers and cut my nails to the fingertips - I was like WHOAH! But too late! All nails on my right hand are stubs! She says "you didn't say". You didn't ask you just chopped! Nails on right hand didn't get cut. And it was downhill from there! May be the worst mani pedi I have had! And expensive too!
