Upon pulling in, you head to the office to pay and then they tell you what bay to pull your rig into. The wash was fast, efficient and very good. It was basically a full hand wash in less than 30 minutes. Cost was super reasonable for our 27 foot trailer and our Ford F-150. Make sure you have cash for a tip, since you will have a crew of at least 5 working on washing and drying your rig. I would absolutely use this place again if in the area and needed my travel trailer washed. This seems like a locally owned and operated place, and I always like supporting small businesses.

Of note, one stall did smell urea (ick! Pass! No thanks, used the next stall). No paper towels though, I don't care for the hand driers. I really liked the self service/checkout option because I got stuck behind a group of people (6 of them who were buying different things & one person paying) It's annoying but I opted to use the self checkout to bypass that mess.
