The driver was able to use his flatbed to jack up the front of my car and, with effort, remove the damaged undercarriage piece so I could drive my car! I got sent to voicemail so many times I memorized the automated message. For being manufacturer certified in Audi, I was very upset with the results. I had to go back 3 times because there were multiple issues once I got my car back. Water was leaking into my trunk! There were two instances of a puddle of water being in my truck which could lead to mold or even a battery/electrical issue! In addition to this, the paint was messed up in two areas. I had to go back again so they could "fix" it. I finally got my car back to normal after being back and forth at the body shop from December 16, 2024 to April 11, 2025. Johnny the manager needs to reevaluate his workers. Dealing with AutoNation Collision Center in Westmont was more frustrating than the actual accident.
