I was miffed because it was broken but nobody said anything, management never contacted me, it was just thrown in the trash outside. I allowed myself to believe maybe there was a miscommunication. I told Paul about it and he apologized. I was very sad but I understand accidents happen, so I let it go gently and painstakingly made myself another butter bell. Today they broke that too, along with a handpainted salt shaker from a close friend. I don't know how they managed to break both pieces since they weren't even in the same area. Once they sent one of their technicans, we soon realized what a mistake we had made. The technician brought antiquated equipment and had a really bad attitude, to the point where he made my sister feel bad about how dirty her carpet was. As s result, he quoted us a different price. My sister who had been at the house waiting did not know any better so we paid it. He left the carpet still dirty and drenched and indicated it would lighten up once it would dry after 8 hours. As it turns out, my sister had a bissell machine, so she curiously pulled it out and it sucked out black dirty water (pics attached below). We reached back out to them and demanded a refund. Instead, after apologizing, they committed to sending someone else out with a heavy duty equipment van. They came the next day and delivered a much better service with a much better attitude, which is what we expected to begin with. I reached back out to called the $40 I was overcharged and have still not heard back after 2 days.
