Make sure you do your research and feel comfortable when hiring these guys. After proving them measurements of the room, they quoted me 3 room price at $89. Once they sent one of their technicans, we soon realized what a mistake we had made. The technician brought antiquated equipment and had a really bad attitude, to the point where he made my sister feel bad about how dirty her carpet was. As s result, he quoted us a different price. My sister who had been at the house waiting did not know any better so we paid it. He left the carpet still dirty and drenched and indicated it would lighten up once it would dry after 8 hours. As it turns out, my sister had a bissell machine, so she curiously pulled it out and it sucked out black dirty water (pics attached below). We reached back out to them and demanded a refund. Instead, after apologizing, they committed to sending someone else out with a heavy duty equipment van. They came the next day and delivered a much better service with a much better attitude, which is what we expected to begin with. We ordered package cleaning: carpets, HVAC, and dryer. Onsite we agreed on purchasing heater cleaning. Originally this review meant to be 5 stars since they did a fantastic job on carpets. Recently I changed my dryer. The installer suggested doing vent cleaning. My first impression was he's upselling affiliated service until he showed me duct full of lint. Check the attached picture. Do not use this company!!! I tried them and had a lot of problems. Mainly my carpets still had dirt deep down and were SOAKED!!! 3 days later, they are still not dry even with leaving the windows/sliding door open all day. They saturate the carpet with water, not even steam. They wet up my front entry way. Scratched up my walls and left debris in my driveway that I had to call and have them come back to remove. Left a NEW blue stain on my light tan carpets. They also quote you low then change the price when they show up. read more

1. Estimate I supplied them a detailed description of the work I needed, and they sent me back an estimate and so we agreed on a service date. When they arrived, they asked for more than double what their online estimate was. When I questioned this, their excuse was that the person doing the estimating didn't read my description carefully. My feeling is that they low-ball the original estimate to get you to choose them, and then at the service appointment (when you have prepared for the cleaning by moving furniture, vacuuming, etc.) they give you a real estimate when you are not likely to turn them away. 2. Quality of work Their sweet spot is clearly carpet cleaning, as they did a fantastic job. I had fostered puppies and dogs and my carpets were filthy and smelly; they now look and smell like new. However, I also had them clean my grimy wood laminate floors, and that was not as well done; it took a lot more scrubbing than they were prepared to do. Had my couch cleaned and scotchgarded for about $160. 2 stars off for leaving a bit of a mess and getting water sprayed over some of my electronics, even when I asked what should I take out of the way and gave them a towel to clean up. Also their cleaning system blew my circuits; it's not necessarily their fault but they should know many apartments can't deal with that much of a power surge. read more

I didn't want to believe the reviews online and went with calling the company. Knowing that we needed to be home during the cleaning, my boyfriend took the day off to stay at home to wait for the cleaners to come. Steam Masters called me and updated our appointment from 12-2pm to 2pm-4pm indicating the cleaner was running late. Afterwards, they called again and said they had to cancel because the technician was running behind. When I asked her the rep over the phone the earliest appointment, instead of being understanding to the situation, she rudely responded "I already told you mam." Spend your money elsewhere where the company can actually be held accountable for their commitments and not just blow off customers because they don't know how to plan their appointments accordingly. I would give 0 stars if I could. We booked a carpet cleaning service with them this morning at 9am-11am. When no one showed up by 11am, the owner messaged us to see if they could push the service to noon. We understand things get busy so we were extremely flexible. Even after that they ended up being a NO SHOW. We messaged them giving them the chance to reschedule or push it back further, but they did not message back. My sister had her couch cleaned and when she walked into the living room there was water everywhere, all over the floor, the wall and the area rug was soaking wet.
