On 5/29, the lady messaged me she cannot make it because her work took longer than expected and needs to postpone our appointment to 12:30pm-1pm. We drove to the old place (30 mins wasted) but didn't see her, and then she said she can come at 2:30pm. We asked her to come back at 3pm and she did come, but without all necessary tools. My hubby met her, she said she can only do it on 5/30 8am. My hubby said we'll confirm with her later today. Then I messaged her again around 7pm on 5/29 and she confirmed that she could come. On 5/30, we messaged her, called her, left her voice mails around 7:30am and there were no response at all. Because she had confirmed the day before she would come, my hubby still decided to drive to the old place just in case she didn't bring her phone with her. She didn't come again (another 30 mins wasted) ! Her explanation is that she only confirmed with me but not my husband. What an excuse!! She then said she could come at 12pm. Around 11:30am, we texted her, called her, again with no response again. But my kind hubby still assumed the lady could keep her word and went to our old place the 3rd time (another 30 mins) and of course she didn't come again. It's such a horrible experience! If you cannot come, don't promise and we'll go with other service providers. We need to turn in keys to the place on 5/30 and she has left us in a terrible situation as it's hard to find other providers last-minute. We are stupid enough to trust her words again and again. Stuff left uncleaned, parts missed. A couple months ago they broke my handmade, handpainted pottery kitchen butter bell (i'm an artist so this was kind of personal). I was miffed because it was broken but nobody said anything, management never contacted me, it was just thrown in the trash outside. I allowed myself to believe maybe there was a miscommunication. Robert had a very cheap rate and showed up on time. Unfortunately, there's nothing else positive I can say about this company. Part of me is perplexed because many of the simple stains were still there after Robert finished doing whatever it was he did to my carpet. You might think there were nasty blood and oil stains on my carpet, but you would be wrong. Dead wrong. I cleaned up several stains with a few passes of a baby wipe that CleanAll Carpets' finest machines couldn't handle. Seriously, I used a WET NAPKIN to remove a stain that a PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANER couldn't get rid of. Awful. The other part of me is pissed because the dirtier area stains were spread into the carpet by this sorry attempt at cleaning. The entire carpet now has a sickly gray tinge, like my house is zombifying before my eyes. And in case you think these stains are also ineffable, I took my simple Bissell Spot Bot (handy little robot carpet cleaner used for pet stains) and ran it for a few minutes in one area. I now have a perfectly white, pristine area of carpet surrounded by an ocean of blargh in my house. So you're telling me my tiny little $150 carpet cleaner can do a better job than CleanAll Carpets? He gave us a quote right over the phone based on the square footage of the home (don't know why COIT insists on sending a person to visit the home to give a quote.. quite a hassle IMHO) 2.
