I asked questions was met with friendly response. so when I rode in, I saw I had a engine fault code, a red light, a ABS light.. I went into "OHNO" mode. I was waiting for the report, Drody advised that I had put my new front tire on backward ( the tire rotation was right). the spedo reader, could not read because of that. I was advised that I do not need rear brakes. I said all this to say they are doing the right thing for the customer. I got a tour of the shop, clean, many bikes, some for sale. go see them. The owners & mechanics are riders, and are very helpful. I will use them again.

After 2 plus months, and sparse…read morecommunication (which was mostly initiated be me) I picked it up today out of frustration. The told me it was running but still under powered. Test drove it, drives the same as when I dropped it off. I paid for parts up front on 12/3 and was told it was a clutch issue and would be done in a week. Gave it some time because of the holidays. Started to get curious again after the first of the year. Called and was told we're working on it and they'd had some changes at the shop. Called again the next week, same answer. Last week I went to the shop and was told Brody was out but would call me. Brody calls and I express my displeasure. Told him he had a week and I'll be picking it up. Picked it up today and was prepared to pay whatever was fair if it was fixed. It was not. Brody tells me he'll make it right. Takes an hour off the diagnostic time and still charges me $396.84 for a 3 month clutch repair (1-2 hour job) that did not resolve my issue. My neighbor recommended this place because he knows the owner. Hated to tell him they were terrible, but he apologized. 10 out of 10 would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

THE best place to take your bike hands down! They got to my bike fast, they beat everyone's pricing…read morethat I had previously looked at, they also went step by step with me before they even touched my bike, telling me what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and what parts it would take with a itemized receipt showing me how much everything cost me and waiting for me to say approved for the work to begin! If you need a shop, call five star cycles and ask for ACE! He is the one who took care of me at every turn and kept me in the loop every step of the way, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. Remember ask for ACE and he will get you taken care of!

ALL RIDERS PLEASE READ AND PASS THIS ALONG…read more I had this shop replace both the front and back tires and tubes on my HD 2024 Heritage Classic. The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later I was riding in Comanche County and the tube popped - the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn't his tube. I asked Manny his "service manger" if he backed up Tony and he stated "I wasn't back there when they replaced it". I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation. Tony refuses to back his parts and labor warranty DO NOT BRING YOU BIKE HERE

He answered all my questions and I even changed the bike I wanted after financing was approved. Rayyan said no problem, I want to ensure you select the bike that you will be happy with. I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about our terrible experience with Mint…read moreMotorcycles in Dallas, Texas. We purchased a motorcycle from them while living in California, trusting the photos and the word of their sales team--specifically Haneef, Tray, and AJ. That turned out to be a huge mistake. The bike arrived with significant, clearly pre-existing damage that was never disclosed. On top of that, it has serious engine issues and has failed to start multiple times. It was immediately obvious that this was not the condition that was represented to us. My husband has made multiple attempts to resolve the situation directly with them, but they have completely refused to take any responsibility. They will not buy the bike back, nor will they offer any assistance with repair costs. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We feel misled and taken advantage of, especially as out-of-state buyers who relied on their honesty. If you are considering buying from Mint Motorcycles-- DON'T. Learn from our experience and take your business elsewhere. It is not worth the risk.
