This company claims they are quick and attentive to respond. I would like to know what their definition of that is! It's been a month with no contact from company. If someone drove by and didn't want the job, respect the customer and give them the courtesy by responding instead of leaving them hanging! No way to run a business with poor customer service. Remember that the customer keeps a business going! With out us, where would you be?

We've had Taylor Landscaping (Dave Taylor) do two jobs for us in Connecticut. Last year (2022) he…read morerebuilt a stone retaining wall. He blended it so well with the rest of the wall that didn't need repair. The second job he did this year (2023) and it was MUCH bigger! He demolished our two tier front steps that were made out of wood. Then he built a new lower tier of 10 4' wide steps topped with bluestone. Then there was a fieldstone landing before the 4 8' wide second tier of steps, also topped with bluestone. In completing this job he rebuilt and increased the height of a supporting wall on one side of the steps and built a new retaining wall on the other side. Dave also built in some lighting on the lower tier. Dave was timely, provided good communication, cleaned up after the project, and gave amazing craftsmanship.
