I replied yes and that I had made a special trip (26 miles each way). His reply "Sorry about that we left early to do some mobile since we havent been at the shop because I just open". Martinez Car Wash cannot be counted on to honor an appointment. I know of people that have scheduled their mobile service and Martinez never showed up but I thought it was different because I traveled to THEIR shop. It goes to their credibility, or the lack there of. I cannot give a good rating to anyone that stands me up or does not have the respect to call me if there is an issue. I cannot recommend Martinez Car Wash because of they cannot be trusted to do the work as promised. Find another car wash! I cannot recommend Las Banderas either because of their low quality work.

I was told by the assistant manager that their insurance company would take care of it and when I never heard from them I started trying to reach the manager, Mike. I have done everything I can possibly think to do to reach him. The phone number for both of the car washes isn't answered, and doesn't have a voicemail. I tried calling that number probably no less than 35 times at different hours throughout the day and different days of the week. I also started going there throughout the week hoping to catch Mike there. I started feeling badly for the assistant manager who clearly had seen this happen before. I finally started calling the Go Clean car I finally started calling the Go Clean car washes in Pensacola because they're related according to Sunbiz.org. The two in Pensacola had a voicemail and no one would call me back. I left probably four or five voicemail messages. I turned the whole thing over to my insurance company and they Tried to get in touch with someone and also found it to be impossible, so after the work is done, they're going to go after them through their own legal Processes. The other thing -- be forewarned if you get the monthly membership, there is no way to cancel it. There's nothing on the receipt you get that tells you how to cancel it, they have no website, and no one answers their phone. My bank finally had to turn it in under their fraud collection. I think this is the first time I've ever posted a negative review. I am very serious in my sincere warning to anyone, do not go here!

Almost everyone of them have parts of their machines, broken certain things that do not work inside the car wash things that damage your wheels and this car wash absolutely has the best maintenance the best wash the best chemicals , and the results are evident at the end of this car wash by far superior than any other wash in Tallahassee and the ceramic coating that is put on at the very end they don't rinse it off like most vehicles they blow it off and it leaves your car super shiny. I would recommend this to anyone and it's probably one of the cheapest washes and Tallahassee get the best premium wash they have it's 50% off for the first three months.
