I just wanted to share my great experience with L&S. I was afraid that my car was permanently damaged when it was ruined by concrete spray from a construction site. I took it Leo and Sal since I had been a past customer of theirs a few years ago. When I walked in I was treated with the utmost professional courtesy and services. They gave me an honest assessment that they would be able to remove the concrete and that the paint would not be damaged, nor would the car be scratched by its removal; provided me with a quick turnaround timeframe to which they kept; handled the insurance adjusters; and provided me with access to a loaner vehicle. I have not used this towing company NOR WILL I EVER! Joel Santiago is the reason I will NEVER be giving any business to this company!!! How DARE he speak about the life of another human being the way he did! When another police officer lost his life, Joel's response on social media was to say it was a GOOD THING and that he was "feeling fantastic"?!?!?! Just knowing a company employees monsters like this filled with hatred, is enough for me to find a better company with legitimate professionals....and with decent human beings. Great service, excellent quality. Extremely satisfied with the work. I happen to hear about l&s from a coworker who was very pleased with the quality of work and so when my accident I went by and they immediately greeted me with kindness and respect, made me feel very welcome, being that this was my first accident I wasn't really sure how to go about it.
