This place is so cute and organized. Jay did my nails and although I had to wait a little bit without much communication, it was worth it. Jay talked to my boyfriend in Vietnamese and made it less boring and more interesting for him while he waited for us throughout the entire process. My only complaint is that they need someone working the desk for the people who walk in and have questions. If they can't do that, then the several ladies who checked out their customers could at minimum help out and be friendly to those of us who just walked in. It's not a good look to walk up to the desk, check out their customers and ignore people who walked in, haven't been addressed and are just standing there, looking pitiful and unwanted. If I come back to North Carolina, I would go back to this place for my nails and ask for Jay. read more

Lost my manicure cherry to Miley!! She did a wonderful job and I throughly enjoyed the manicure and her company. She was very polite, professional, personable and she has incredibly soft hands. She also gave me my second ever pedicure which was also very well done and personable. Great job Miley!! Then along came Mary to steal my eyebrow cherry. She was also very polite, professional and personable. I've never felt a hot wax hair removal so that was a bit of a surprise when she pulled it off. Plucking out the gray hairs was less than blissful but that's hardly Mary's fault. Great job Mary!! I highly recommend this business and Miley and Mary and their massage chairs. I've been here twice and have had great experiences both times! Yesterday, I stopped by for a mani and pedi. They offered complimentary wine (white wine choices were Chardonnay and Moscato). Premium Nails & Spa has been my go-to spot for the past year ever since they opened in December 2020. I am very picky but once I find a spot I remain loyal to them. I have never had a bad experience here or have left unsatisfied. All of the technician's are very nice, professional, detailed and efficient. They are not talking/yelling back and forth to one another, are not pushy to try and get you to do a more expensive service or add on additional services to make extra money. I usually go to Jay for SNS but when he's not available ANY of the other girls are good/experienced! Jay goes above and beyond for his customers and makes any design, style, etc. work. I usually walk in to do SNS and a Pedicure during the week but I would suggest making an appointment if you want something more specific or a certain style such as Ombre as they do get busy quick or be prepared to be patient and wait. The space is HUGE. Plenty of pedicure chairs in the back and nail chairs in the front. All sanitized and clean!! It is also a quiet and relaxing experience and you can't really hear the employee's or other's talking/yelling around you. They have plenty of color options ranging from regular polish, gel, and SNS. I am big on color selection!! No one wants to repeat colors every couple of weeks... They take credit card but only accept cash or Venmo/Cash App tip which is extremely convenient because if you're like me cash is never in my wallet. They also have an ATM machine in the front if you do not have either option. read more

I was traveling for work and wanted to get in to get a manicure and pedicure during some down time. I received a Gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The staff was very friendly and did an amazing job. The lady who did my manicure (Meri I think) spent so much attention to detail ensuring that the gel was even and would last for me. The pedicure was delightful and included a paraffin dip as well as clay mask and hot towels. I couldn't believe the quality of the services for the price paid. This nail bar is right next to my apartment. I decided to come in to remove my SNS and to get a manicure. The owner greeted me and was very nice. They allowed walk ins also. The place is extremely clean, posh and professional. Cindy did an excellent job and took her time(most salons rush). If you're in the South Park area I would highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable! They offer drinks and staff is not standoffish. They were not busy, but the vibes were great. Owner Jay is a fraud. I had my daughters do a basic pedicure here. When I went to check out he claimed they got gel (which they didn't) and charged me an extra $10 each. I asked my daughter in front of him if they used the light on her feet she said NO. He kept saying it was gel. I never approved for my 6 and 10 year old to get gel bc they are too young and it's harmful. I went home and used nail polish remover on the edge of one of her nails and it came right off. So the owner decided to scam me to get extra money. Also my bill didn't add up for my nails either. I will never be back. BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES. read more

I've been here multiple times and jay always does a great job on my nails but he always over charges me. I normally don't say anything but I said something the last time I was there. Jay continued to tell me I was confused and mistaken. I was not. As someone who works in service I count every dollar and do my research before going anywhere. I went for a fill and he told me 50$. I said on your website it said 25. It didn't add up and he proceeded to call me confused.
