Always our go to in vegas when visiting Eataly, located in Park MgM. Great food, great service, great drinks and the ambiance is always alive and energetic! A must visit no matter how many times you go to vegas!!!

Sophia Loren cocktail. Edible glitter. Had to try it.

We always stay at the Park MGM. The food court is Eataly. At least once (or twice) we will get drinks from L'Aperitivo and people watch. You can actually order food from one of the other stalls and eat at this stall. Despite the name, don't expect a Milanese Apertivo hour. They just serve wine, beer and cocktails. We have yet to try their beer. We normally order wine or cocktails. This past trip I tried the Sophia Loren...because one of the ingredients was edible glitter! The cocktail was not bad. I may try it again. Create your own Apertivo hour! Enjoy!

Margherita! Its delicious! Not sweet and is a tad spicy...unique use of hot honey. It's amazing must try

Service was great. The early is nice, it allows you to graze and try all sorts of Italian foods. Such a cute venue!

L'Aperitivo has a fantastic selection of Italian wines. Obviously they'll let you sample before choosing but I only tried my first option before choosing it. The Moscato d'Asti was a great sparkling choice for anyone looking for something fruitier. Definitely got hints of peach in there.

We come to Vegas 4-5 times a year and always come to drink with Nelson at The Eataly market because he makes it fun!

First time staying at Park MGM, so I'm still not too familiar with all the restaurant options here…read more Today, I was looking for something to eat at Eataly. After already having our food, we just wanted to sit down and enjoy a couple of drinks, so we made our way over to the Eataly Bar. Gabriel was quick to take care of us and got us a beer and wine right away. When we mentioned that we hadn't received any plates from La Pasta Fresca, he was kind enough to provide us with some. It's the little things that make a difference! Gabriel was friendly, attentive, and more than happy to help. Great service from him!

They also had a cheese monger, a meatball a Panini and a couple of more fine dining options located within the same area. We ordered a tomato salad with ricotta and capers and olives, and some basil pesto drizzled over it and we had a delicious pizza that was gluten-free. The server was kind enough to show us the package when we asked what it was made from. The vibe here was a cute little Italian café. Close to your neighbors to see what they're eating but not close enough to be part of their dinner. Food was delicious and our server was knowledgeable and even recommended the gluten-free pizza even though she wasn't gluten-free herself! If you find yourself in Eataly at the ParkMGM, I'm sure any of the little eateries inside would be fantastic for lunch or brunch

One of our party said they wanted room temperature water instead of iced, server said they don't normally have that, but he eventually brought some, never brought the hot tea we ordered though. Pretty good selection of vittles. Egg and carb heavy IMHO. We really wanted some fruit, but that never came around until we were almost ready to leave. Almost all the hot items were served almost lukewarm. Probably due to the fact we were at one end of the dining room and the servers came in from the other end and made their rounds. Selection was pretty good , but I was craving either bacon or sausage and I never saw any making its way to our table. It did seem that by the time the servers got to our table, their trays were pretty close to empty. So maybe mixing it up a bit and starting at different corners with each rotation? But the food was good, definitely brunchie . Standouts to me were the egg benedict's (two kinds) . And the yoghurt and fruit and the berry dish. Other diners at the table thought the mini burgers and the grits were good. (The grits were too creamy for me, but that is just a personal preference) Other diners liked the flatbreads and the ubi pancakes. They do have a bottomless beverage option as well, and our server happily had the bartender prepare a couple to go drinks before we left. Final opinion, still a good deal and alternative to the buffet, especially with respect to lines and wait times... We'll be back of course, still need to get my applewood bacon.

Bartenders were very slow & even though my friend & I had been sitting at the bar for a bit the bartenders were waiting on new customer's who had come up to the bar after us & then taking orders again from people who had already been sitting @ the bar drinking. It was annoying....but the female blonde bartender did apologize to us for "the wait" which I appreciated that she did & also noticed we had been waiting awhile. She was nice & friendly and did check on us again. There was one guy down @ the end of the bar with a couple other men & he kept coughing & coughing & coughing without even covering his mouth....it got very annoying and eventually he left (thank God!) but then one of the guys started smoking a cigar and it was soooooo stinky & a chic behind us who was smoking a cigarette, which was stinky too. I know these bad habits are smelly but I wish the air circulation in this bar was better. I did enjoy my Lemon Lime Happy Dad seltzer & gambled a little bit but didn't win any money. I have been in this bar twice in the past & had a better experience so I'll give it 4 stars, just like with any place sometimes your visits can be good & sometimes not soo good!

We used to come to the Tropicana, years ago. There was a gracious, wonderful valet. There was history. There was pride. There were customers. This is the end of days for the Trop.
