I hate to give 3 stars because I absolutely love my nails. What was disappointing was customer service. I was a walk in and understood that there would be a wait. I was asked what services I wanted and I waited for next available. I asked for Gel X and gel polish toe change. At the end of my nail service, I was asked to come back the following day to get my toes done because there were too many other customers waiting. Are you serious? Coming back was not an option! I'm a paying customer and I too had to wait! They also offer free drinks but I was never asked if I wanted anything. Other than the customer service, my nails turned out perfect! read more

I've been looking for a nail spot and I'm so glad it tried L'art! I will absolutely be coming back as a regular. Went in with a group of four, two men and two women, for pedicures and we all had a good time. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. They set a timer for the leg message which I actually like because the you KNOW they are actually paying attention to how long they are working, not just messaging for a minute and stopping. They did an excellent job, we all felt relaxed and pampered by the end. The interior was clean, seats comfortable, music wasn't too loud, everything looks new, and the nail polish selection was great. read more

Really excited about this new salon that opened up near my house! I initially made an appointment on opening day but had to cancel an hour before because of a sudden onset of upset stomach. They were very understanding and said "Feel better, and we'll see you soon!" I came in the next day right around opening for a polish change. I had a short wait before a technician was available and was seated in a comfy chair. My technician was very focused and kind. I was done and out within about 20 minutes. The salon is beautiful inside and has lots of parking available. I look forward to coming back in the future to try out more services. read more

This is a BEAUTIFUL salon. Much larger than it appears from the outside entrance. The first time there over the weekend I assumed I could go early and just walk in, but the place was so busy! (I learned they have 27 nail techs!) So I made an appt for the next day. After an electronic self check in I was taken to a pedicure chair within 5 minutes and offered a drink. When the nail tech walked up, she also offered me a drink, handing me a brochure with the types of pedicures as well as a two-sided card with a large assortment of complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. My nail needs are quite basic--just a traditional gel mani-pedi, but I got the cleanest cuticles and most precise color applied I've ever received--and this was from two different techs. One did my hands and another my toes. This is definitely my new go-to salon. read more

I made an appointment at this salon to have my gel polish removed and then a basic manicure with no polish. The salon is brand new and looked very nice with good reviews. An older woman with glasses on the chubbier side went to work removing my polish. She used one of those dremel nail grinders to remove most of my polish. She barely let them soak in the polish remover. She ground off so many layers of my nail that they are now paper thin and very brittle. I wish I never let her use that tool on my nails. It's going to take a long time to get them back to normal. Beware if you get gel manicures! I will not ever return to this salon. read more

Kacy did an amazing job on my nails! I wanted something special for my upcoming Easter vacation and she absolutely delivered. The marble work and gold accents are so intricate and clean. L'art is definitely my go-to spot in Garner now--the talent here is top-tier. read more

This place is racist!! Do NOT GO HERE ! I went in for a repair at 11am on sunday as irs 11:07am as I write this . She told me she could not do a repair until 3:45 or 4pm mind you it's two available staff one man and woman doing nothing as she telling me this . I was the only person of color in the establishment as she act as if she didn't want to service me . I say it's only 11am and she said she know . This does not surprise me at all that they do not want our money . I will never go in there again . I was looking for a new nail shop as We are new to the area . Very disappointed . Edited review - to respond to owner .. it's not about who knows how to do what , it's about communication and explaining what's going on , because to the normal eye it look like you all didn't want to help the only person of color in the salon , while telling me to come back 4 hours later for one repair . This new place is very nice, clean, and well decorated. I got a pedicure with the works and it was a great experience. My technician was very nice and did a good job. My only complaint was the color selection for regular/non gel polish was not super extensive and unfortunately it chipped within a few days, which is not usual for polished I usually get on my toes. read more

I went for the first time today and had a WONDERFUL experience. Kacy did my nails quickly and beautifully. Kacy and her husband were very kind and welcoming. I called at the last minute and they still squeezed me in. My nails look perfect; excellent shaping, excellent designs, everything well crafted. it is an absolutely beautiful nail salon. But they are never on time so don't even bother making an appointment-or just expect to be there a lot longer. It's very frustrating if you have things to do and they don't get to you when you have your appointment time. It's happened to me twice. They are on the pricey side too. read more

The salon has a nice ambience and is very new. I wanted to enjoy my experience here but the service took way too long. I had an appointment for a pedicure at 2:30, waited almost an hour to even be seated, waited another 15 minutes before someone even touched my feet. I'm now leaving the salon at 4:45. The place itself is beautiful. The staff are friendly. My problem is I went here today to get a pedicure with gel polish and left absolutely disgusted with how it turned out. No I did not complain at the time. I do not believe that they had any staff there while I was that could have fixed it. I do not believe the friendly staff are "seasoned" techs. My toes while filed were not filed straight or to be fair in any type of shape. The tech set a timer before they did the massage portion of the pedicure and kept looking at it. I thought that was not only tacky but pretty unprofessional in my opinion. After the gel was applied and cured then the tech decided to file my toes that were freshly polished. I have had pedicures for years and this is not the way I am used to them turning out. I wish them the best and hopefully there staff gets better training or there business is so busy they can learn on the job.
