Less than 25 minutes for a deluxe pedicure with toes barely trimmed when I said I wanted them cut down. Got a manicure as well and it is the worst polish I've ever received anywhere. Color is what I wanted but the actual technique was awful and my nails were not cleaned underneath. I was also made to pay before my manicure was finished. I would give them zero stars if I could. I received a gel pedicure and a plain manicure. I was never told that there was a $25 charge for the gel polish. When I checked out, I was charged $90 for a $42 pedicure and a $23 manicure. I left without really thinking about it but then when I was driving home thought about it so I turned around and went back and asked why I was charged $90. They then spoke to each other in their language and the lady said he forgot to tell you that it was a $25 charge for the gel polish. I said OK I would like my $25 back. She said no. the only way she would credit me back was if I had them remove the gel polish and then put on regular polish. Even after admitting that it was their own fault for not telling me. I had already spent 2 hour there and wouldn't spend any more time so I said no. They admitted they were at fault but refused to fix it. Do not go there. read more

Must have a mask, even if vaccinated. I checked in at noon, was told to get a mask. Had to go back to my car to get it. Always a wait. Busy place. I attempt to come on several different dates and times can not get in. Today, they had one chair open. They are rude. They don't need the business, so I guess they think they can speak to you any ole way. Been waiting 10 minutes before someone came up to give pedicure. This is my last visit here. read more

I've used this nail salon since I moved to this area in 2004. The manicurists are highly skilled and do a great job on your nails. The salon itself is very clean and bright, with lots of stations and about a dozen pedicure chairs. I've only gotten one actual pedicure but was happy with the result. The number of technicians on duty varies, and so do wait times. Naturally weekends are busiest, and I get taken faster on weekdays in early morning and afternoon. On a weekend you may wait an hour or more if you're a walk-in, so definitely book an appointment if you want to come on Friday or Saturday. My only gripe is their recent surcharge for debit and credit card payments. They charge an extra 3% if you pay that way. I tip generously and resent having their service fee passed on to me as a customer. Customer service is excellent, though, and you get a wide choice of styles and polish colors. Great place to get a great mani or pedi. read more

Daughter passed out, they let her leave, they ripped three of her nail beds, went in to talk to them and they yell across the room in front of customers (very rude, unprofessional, and embarrassing) had to go get her because she was unable to drive! won't be returning! read more

I will never ever go back to this place. I got a pedicure my nails done and my eyebrows waxed. when the manager got done waxing she said you go to front and let your nails dry I'll bring your stuff. Even though I said no bc it was my wallet phone and keys she would not let me get them. I stepped out and she did not follow me right behind, so I turn around and the guy who did my nails said no you can't go back there. So a few minu later she bring me my stuff and lays it down and has another person ring me up. I payed 92 dollars when I put my card back in my wallet my 20 dollar bill was gone. read more

terrible !!! tried to give another chance and still Terrible ! I was asked what I needed before even waiting. I stayed clear as day what specifically I needed and was told ok we do 30 minutes I said ok so 30 minutes she confirmed I said I will go to my car with my son and come back in before the time. I come back in 27 mins later and in a total of 32 min she comes to me and say what do you need and i state the same thing she says oh I can't do only regular pedicure but not that we too busy. Had a 1 pm appointment and they didn't start my nails til 3:15 even the person that did my nails said no use making an appointment. I like the tech I got but this is ridiculous. No apology or discount for waiting either. Poor customer service I will, or be back. read more

Amy just finished my pedicure. First rate job on nails that have not seen the inside of a nail salon in 15 years. I was a walk in at 10 am - never waited. Very professional and kind. Of course the price was much higher than it was 15 years ago, but today it would have been worth twice the price. read more

It was my birthday and expected a better experience.she was rough while handling me , like she hated me, she apologized only once, normally I would've left but it was late on my birthday and wanted my nails done a full set and a pedicure. My nails are uneven the polish looks uneven , the sides of my nails have no polish, I've got open cuts . I paid 65 dollars for this! Messed up my natural nail shape, my fingers have different shapes from each other I cry every time I look at them. I asked her to fix it and she said she couldn't and coffin shape is hard to do. I'm not a nail tech but I've done better looking work than that watching YouTube videos. Currently monitoring and treating for a fungal infection because this entire experience was horrible. read more
