The restaurant is pretty and elegant, in an "old fashioned hotel" style.
The food, however, was rather disappointing. A blandish chicken green curry, a roasted sea bass "asian style" which again, somehow manages to be rather bland and nondescript, and an "angus hamburger " which was adequate, but not great.
As usual, the fried stuff was excellent, though: an order of bitterballen, and the hamburger's fries were by far the best part of the meal.
Too bad, if they put as much effort on the food, as they do in the decor, it would be a great restaurant. read more
