It's hard to believe any of these one star reviews I surely don't. These guys were great. The Joe that showed up at my house was not only on time but was early. The paving crew showed up at my house at 10:00 AM and worked non- stop when the job was finished at 3:00. PM. My driveway is starting to fall apart , so I decided to call for an estimate. I talked about some of my water issues and what I needed out of a new driveway. They made some good recommendations and gave me an estimate that I was very happy. We will see what spring holds, but the work looks amazing. read more

I have a long circular driveway and parking area by my garage. I called L'Browe because they have a good reputation and are local. They sent a large crew and supervisors and did better than i could have expected. The driveway was covered thicker than i expected and built up in areas for better drainage. A cement entrance by the garage door that had sunk was removed and an additional parking pull off added in front. They even fixed my front sidewalk. They did a great job and i would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. read more

If you have this company pave your driveway, don't . I have contacted this company numerous times. Nov. of 2020, I had my driveway paved, by them. Since spring of this year I have been calling to have them to come look at the job they did. I have a shoe print, plus two, yes two Depresions, in the driveway. My last call I was told yes, that he is aware of my calls was told that someone will be here. Joe Reehl came and even told me that my driveway was not satisfactory. Bad customer service. read more

My husband visited L. Browe Asphalt Services booth at Poughkeepsie Home Show 05/22/2021. He scheduled appt to get estimate for our driveway 5/29. Sadly, rep was a No-Show. My husband called & was told Poughkeepsie was too far. Rep did schedule another appt 6/1/21. But, Once again they were a No-Show! I would certainly NOT recommend this company! read more

After another paving company cancelled on us at the last minute, we were happy to have L Browe highly recommended to us. They stepped in and got the job done reliably and professionally. They were careful around our new driveway retaining wall and as requested, installed a lip in front of the wall to direct rainwater away. They found "soft spots" and utilized extra materials to address them without being asked. Time will tell but we are very happy with the job - and the price. One and only downside: I wish they'd worn masks when speaking to us. Otherwise, we highly recommend. read more

Could not be more satisfied. The estimator listened to my concerns and communicated them clearly into the contract. The removal crew worked extra time to keep the Job on schedule. The asphalt pour was an artful work of engineering to keep Water moving toward the street. read more

Failed to return phone call and provide an estimate for driveway paving. I always wonder why a business would behave this way, as it's happened in more than one situation. If you're not interested in the customer's business for whatever reason, why not just say so? Is that so hard? read more
