We were greeted upon arrival and offered water. It was a short wait for our estheticians and our facials soon began. I felt very much at ease and she really knew what she was doing. My homegirl and I both got the Seasonal Hydrating Facial with the Oatmilk Mask. I added the Custom Jelly Mask as well. My facial was sooo relaxing and my skin came out feeling so refreshed. I tried to see if I can change my appointment to an earlier time but the online system wouldn't let me as it's within 24 hours within the appointment time. I called the location. No one picked up the phone. The message for the voicemail system stated that the voicemail was full. I tried to send an email, but the email bounced back. I ended up going to the salon. The lady at the the front was speaking to another customer so I waited. She stopped, glared, and asked if AI have an appointment. I said yes but need to change it. She doesn't reply and goes back to finishing up with the other customer. Then when she was done, I explained that I have a 6:30pm appointment and got out of work early. Do they have any earlier appointments available? She looked and said they have an appointment available in 45 minutes but with a different aestetician. I said great. When I came back 45 minutes later after grabbing a bite to eat, the front desk lady had me check in at the kiosk and have a seat. Within 5 minutes, my aesthetician called my name and took me to the back. The rooms are similar to heydey where the clients are separated by a curtain so you can hear all of the noise and conversations happening with the other clients. My aestetician was great with assessing my skin, cleaning, extractions, etc. She also recommended an add on service with the micro needle dermaplaning and the price and asked if I want to do it that day and I said yes. 24 hours later my skin still looks great The facial itself was great and I loved my aestetician. However, the pain of trying to contact someone to change my appointment and the service at the front desk has me not wanting to come back.
