My SUV had been making noises that could never be figured out. I live in VA, but my daughter needed her car looked at and repaired as soon as possible, and I messaged Lynton. I met Lynton a few months back when he purchased a used car from me for his son. He was friendly and let me know he had an auto repair business in town. I have subsequently had service done on my VW Jetta and every aspect of the interaction was great. He and his staff are courteous and friendly, they adhered to all of the social distancing and mask requirements in the shop so I felt safe. He is informative about what service is needed and he did the work quickly, efficiently, and for a good price. He also offered me a loaner vehicle, which is hugely helpful. They have pick up and drop off service available. I used to live in the Bay Area and know how important it is to have a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Amazing experienc. Within two days of calling I got an appointmen immediately. Within 2 days they had solved the issue. I had gone to many mechanics trying to figure out what was wrong with my 99 Honda passport but all shops charged me a ridiculous amount and never fixed the issue l. LE automotive fixed the issue in a crazy quick amount of time and we're so incredibly reasonably priced. The owner Lynton will treat you like family. He gave me daily updates and made sure my car was available when I needed it. I can't thank him enough for taking my Honda in when I called from an hour and a half away. My car was overheating and he thoroughly checked everything before I picked it up. He has a loaner car for bigger jobs and will take you to work or pick you up. Go see him to get the best work done on your car. I called LE automotive for a quote on my 03 honda civic. I spoke with Lynton about services on my vehicle and he gave me a great price. I wanted to get my timing belt done along with other services done and he also offered a loaner vehicle if i need it for the day or shuttle me somewhere. I agreed to have my vehicle serviced and it was done on time for me to have it back. He was honest about other maintenance being done and what it didnt need. Lynton and staff are awesome. Their service and price was more than excellent and the shuttle was extremely helpful. As far as the one person I see here with a bad review I think a competitor left that to throw people off because everyone else has been extremely pleased, not to mention when you read his review it doesn't even make sense saying if he could leave 5 stars he would. I can not say enough great things about Lynton and his service. I have been a loyal customer for many many years and have always felt that he was honest and did great work. I feel like a macanic is just the same as a doctor, you have to be able to trust them and have a great relationship with them and that's what I have with lynton. I woke up one day to my care not being able to start. I didn't know what was wrong and I looked into other mechanics but they were all to expensive and charged for the minor thing. Best auto shop I've ever been to! Some of the friendliest service and fair prices, too. My old auto shop told me that I needed to get my power steering fluid replaced and that it would cost about $400. LE Automotive checked it out and my power steering fluid was 100% fine. They have a shuttle service as well, and you can see them sanitize the shuttle car after it's been used. Lynton was so friendly and explain everything to me so well. I took my 2010 Honda Accord here for my 100 k service. They did my timing belt and valve adjustment. They did a great job, was priced fair, and they even gave me a loaner car for the day until they finished my car. When I came to pick my car was fully washed and vaccumed! I couldn't recommend this shop enough. Back when I had a 1998 civic he did a timing belt and matched my mechanic's price back home. I have since bought a 2011 Kia Forte and he has been doing all the maintenance on it for a very reasonable price.
