Best haircut and hair salon in Livermore! Lindsy made me feel beautiful! I never thought I could look so beautiful. She knows and understands hair textures. She is kind, professional, and super talented. The salon is beautiful, modern, clean. They offer water, coffee, or wine. They treat you like family. You will leave feeling beautiful!

Joleen always gets my nails right! The structured gel manicure is definitely the way to go if you like a more natural look. She has been doing my nails for a little over a year now - I used to get acrylics more and Joleen recommended the structure gel instead since I keep my nails shorter. Don't get me wrong though she kills it with the acrylics too!!! She is such a knowledgeable, awesome nail tech and can do all sorts of designs. If you are looking for a new nail technician she's your girl!

Joleen always does an amazing job with my nails. She recreates every inspo pic I bring in & pays great attention to detail every time. I love that she takes her time & never rushes, which always shows in the final result. I definitely recommend booking with her if you're looking for high quality, well done nails!

First time here. Appointment was easy to make online. Plenty of parking available across the street. The salon is located on the 2nd floor. I was greeted by the receptionist and she offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for the hair stylist - Jenny. She is friendly and listened to my needs. Jenny did a great job and I will definitely come back.

This review is for Violet. From the start of the consultation process to actually doing my hair i am ecstatic. I was told previously by another stylist at a different salon that my hair had to wait months before it was safe to touch or that so much of it needed to be cut off sadly and thats with a major event coming up..I didnt give up hope and heard of Violet through a friend of a friend. Went in on a morning during the week and thankfully is super close to my job. Parking is conveniently across the street in a parking garage and free. Violet was very realistic based off my inspo pics to get blonde highlights (almost ash blonde). Initially let me know my goal would take a few sessions to achieve considering I had dark brown hair with red tones that were gonna be tricky to lift. I told her i was okay with at least lifting to a caramel color. Her demeanor was very sweet and she told me the complete opposite about how my hair was definitely okay to work with and YES i did need moisture but all is possible with masks & future care. Booked her immediately after our consultation in the parking lot almost a month in advanced. Fast forward to today , during the lifting process she realized could go lighter (what i initially wanted) We were able to achieve inspo pics without so much damage or cutting of my hair! She made sure I was okay throughout process. Simple things such as "am i pulling your hair? is the water okay or too hot?" I have gotten so many compliments and its only been a few hours. She really took care of me and my hair and revamped it completely. I am SO happy and I recommended her to a few people already. Thanks Violet!

I'm sorry .. I thought I would be so MUCH more happier by now .. I'm still not too happy with my hair ... and for the price even more so... I came back .. spoke with another stylist.. she's great with her bubbly personality and really wanting to work the botched job of the precious hair cut/ style experience. So .. I showed her the photo .. made it clear I need to have lots of layers .. keep it long at the front .. over the ears cut .. and the back layer up as well.. when she did the cut it kept getting shorter and shorter I'm thinking how is this going to make it any easier for me to style? And then the long/ bang.. it's there but not the way I wanted it .. I figured let's see how it goes when she styles my hair .. so then it's done and I'm excited because the length at the front is longer than the back and the sides had to be readjusted which is fine .. so I left feeling a whole lot better .. and I realized whoa it's cropped Very very SHORT! Yes I know o don't have a lot left to go on. So I paid a lot of money for the shampoo for the 2 other hair producers plus the stylists work/ time! Now I'm back from my vacation.. it's not growing the way we I want it .. once again NO LAyERS ! Ugh!!!! It's so clear- just look at the photos .. and you'll see why .. I'm posting the first cut/ style with the famous Olympian ( the first 3) and then the after photos

I'm kinda peeved tbh~ $500 charged for this ... typical hairstylists taking advantage of my already natural color as a redhead and long hair and claiming it to be their own. Chyeanne took several photos of me and rushed me out the door while charging me $500 I politely let the receptionist know I'll never be returning again. I honestly could have done these highlights and trim myself, which I will next time. sorry but this was my 2nd visit and still sub par for how much she charges... I can go to super cuts and will save the money instead of paying half her rent, thank you.

I've posted pictures since day one. Since then, EVERYONE can see that unless I forked over another $300 that night and spent another couple hours, when this should have been done the right way the first time, then you're right I wasn't going to pay more for your stylist's ineptitude which is why I only tipped her $50. From the beginning I understood the color wouldn't be exact and she told me one to two shades darker. However, she didn't follow my instructions and didn't cover as close to the root and that has nothing to do with coming back for more sessions which I knew I had to come back for at least one more to get the desired color. As for Vivian, a wolf in sheep's clothing? Hmm...that for our readers to decide. She was very nice until I asked what would you guys do to fix the errors made. Then she ranted on all the errors I made, like you're doing here. Pointing fingers must be a trend there. WHAT A SHOCKER. My error was being too polite to the stylist and not advising her that her work was lacking. My error was not saying out loud "this isn't what I asked for". Nonetheless here we are, with all the she said/she said. None of you were there, I WAS! Therefore , the one star stands and will remain because I posted pictures since day one. I wish, by the way I've been treated since my one star that I could give you zero stars . You responding now, is your way of trying to salvage your reputation, to save face, last saving grace, whatever you want to call it. Which I can see why, you have lost many potential clients based on all the great feedback I'm getting on my honest and terrible predicament I was put in by your salon, with pictures worth a million words telling my story. And money was never the issue, my husband was paying for it. So, I don't know why you keep bringing it up like I couldn't afford it. I SIMPLY chose not to WASTE more money on you people and felt terrible that I wasted so much of it when I could have gotten a lot more for my money elsewhere! I didn't get any satisfaction worth any monetary sum. No need to spend anymore time here. My hair is being cared for by people that ACTUALLY know what it means to take care of their client. They ACTUALLY listen to instructions and comply to their customers requests. From a businesswoman to another, i hope this is a learning opportunity, learning how to do better by your clients. I hope you can move on from this thinking of what could have been done better, differently. With that, I wish you well.

Hi, this is a long review because I adore this salon, and I don't write in a diary anymore. Summary at the bottom. Scroll on down if you're in a rush- thanks. This Salon has everything I hoped for and more. I was looking for an appointment because my highlight had grown out and the pesky grays were living their best life on my head. I will admit that I don't book a color/cut every 6 weeks. Life is so busy right now: work/kids/sports/etc - I rarely have time. I'm more of the "we have two weddings and a trip planned, I should definitely get my hair cut and highlighted" Maybe every 4-5 months. All of the stylists that I typically see were booked solid for two months. I asked The Mom Squad if anyone knew of a place, and 4 people immediately recommended this Salon. I called and I was quite pleased that they are friendly on the phone, and I scored an appointment for the following week. I love that you take an elevator up to the salon, and step right out to a beautiful reception area that looks and smells like a loft luxury. The windows let in light and loveliness. I was greeted immediately and offered a beverage. Coffee, Tea, Wine, Mimosa- etc. I opted for some nice peppermint tea. Violet was my stylist, she came right over to greet me with a warm welcome and beautiful smile. When we got to her station, I waffled between- "I might go darker, No maybe lighter??" She was patient and absolutely understood my indecisiveness. She told me that she wanted to consult her boss. What a thoughtful, and respectful choice. I love that open communication and dialogue, that means egos don't get in the way of the best approach to the perfect color change. So, between the three of us, we came up with a plan for a lot of neutral highlights, a few lowlights, a trim, and deep conditioning treatment. It's brighter, not brassy AT ALL, shiny and healthy, She didn't cut any shorter than what we agreed on. I'm so appreciative and I love it! I can't say enough about what a great experience this was. The sinks and chairs are actually exquisite. So comfortable, I could honestly fall asleep staring up at those gorgeous chandeliers. The chairs at the sink are electric, so you're conveniently brought to the perfect height. My head and neck say Thank You. Start to finish this was 5 star treatment! Violet was extremely attentive, asking how tender my scalp is, what temperature water I prefer, etc. It wasn't fake or forced, she just genuinely likes her job, and truly cares about 100% satisfaction. In Summary: . Gorgeous Salon, like a luxury loft .Violet is a super star stylist: professional, perfectionist, and personality plus! Listens to your wants and needs, then makes it happen! . Complimentary beverages make it true "me time" . Even though the entire staff is all offensively beautiful, every single person in there is friendly and welcoming. . Such good vibes! .You'll leave loving yourself even more.
