So excited this place is finally open! Not only is it adorable (really though, who's your decorator!?) but I fell in love with their shampoo bowls - they lie all the way flat for the most comfortable shampoo. The complimentary champagne is always a sweet touch! (Even beer for my boyfriend.) I go to Kaitlyn when I need a re-vamp on my tresses - and she never disappoints. She talked me through exactly what I wanted. She recommended Ciao Bella's 18" beaded extensions to add a little length and volume and I'm in love with the look and feel. This time she also gave me a deep conditioning treatment. Kaitlyn is also the best when I want a balayage - her blending is flawless. She's knows her stuff and is great at explaining the technical stuff. She's also my boyfriends new go-to when he needs a fresh cut. I recommend her to anyone who will listen to me brag about her. She is amazing. She's a good listener, understanding, and super personable. I moved a year back and was in dire need of a good stylist, specializing in balayage. Yelped and came upon this gem. From the moment I entered the foyer/seating area, I was engulfed in luxury. I tried to focus on finding a good stylist instead of being distracted but the flawless, magazine-worthy decor :D. Was set up with one stylist, but as luck might have had it, after a reschedule, was set up with Jessica. As soon as I met her, I eased up on the "new stylist jitters" immediately as she is so personable and easy to talk to. She listened to what I've always had and started working on my hair. The end result was a super gorgeous, short, layered and textured balayage which I can't help but show off! The entire experience with her was very relaxing and conversations ranged from our backgrounds to movies and celebrities and everything else in between! Follow up on previous hair situation: After several back & forth emails with the owner (Lindsey) and manager (Alyssa) of the salon, 20 days later (03/19 to 04/10) the owner Lindsey offered to do whatever it took to "make me happy" and to fix my dark, damaged hair. I met with Lindsey and Vanessa (my regular hair stylist) Vanessa: bleached wash my hair + did a few highlights just front and back + did a treatment all complementary to fix my dark hair. Although my hair was damaged after the 1st hair fiasco on 03/19, its starting to look much lighter in color and I highly appreciate the owner having Vanessa do whatever was best for my hair at that point. This salon is one of the cutest salons you will ever go to! Upon walking in, I was amazed at the customer service as well as the design. They took my coat and offered me a drink right away, I decided to have a mimosa which was so yummy. Raelan gave me a cut and color and it turned out amazing! Came here to see Jessica for my very first set of eyelash extensions. As a first timer I wanted something not too voluminous but enough for that wow factor. I'm so thankful for Jessica, she made the experience very relaxing, she's a great conversationalist, and the salon is absolutely beautiful. You can tell the owners really thought about the decor and they succeeded in making the whole salon decked out to make your experience amazing. I was legit shocked when I walked in. Serious decor inspiration going on. I was a bit nervous about having to lay there for 2-3 hours while my lashes were being applied but girl, they have the most luxurious table for you to lay on! It was a heated table, comfortable cushioning and covered in the softest plush blankets. You could seriously fall asleep cause its so comfy. I thought the 2.5 hours were going to be long but that was definitely not the case. Jessica is so easy to chat with and I walked out of there so happy with the results of the lashes. My makeup routine is cut in half and the maintenance isn't as difficult as some may think. Just have to be gentle when you wash your face and follow Jessica's instructions on how to keep the lashes clean and you'll be golden. I haven't tried any of their other services, but I would definitely recommend coming to Jessica for lashes. I've gotten so many compliments on my lashes since I've gotten them. And they're holding up great! But if you're not into extensions she's trained in so many different aspects of beauty from skincare, lash lifts, etc. You really can't go wrong. Come here and I promise you won't be disappointed with the experience and service you'll get. It's unlike any other salon I've been to, in the best way possible. read more

Love this new salon, so so chic! The complimentary snacks and champagne are a great perk while spending quite a bit of time getting your hair done. My entire experience here was superb, from the greeting, the hair washing and of course my cut and color. Jessica did an amazing job, I needed a major cut, I Recently gave birth and did not cut my hair my entire pregnancy so I had some work for her! I'm pretty weary when getting my hair cut bc I have such fine flat hair so it's important to me that my cut gives me the most volume possible, since I had all this new length I wanted to try staying a bit longer instead of my normal "lob"... Jessica was able to keep a lot of my length AND somehow gave me the texture and volume I was desperately needing!!! I have to leave this review as I went to l'evation for highlights twice (pictured below) and had the best experience. My stylist Violet did an AMAZING job on my hair both times. I went in originally very nervous to be dying my hair as I am aware of the potential damage it could cause. It has been months now and my hair is still super healthy and I definitely have Violet to thank for that as in the past I have had hair stylists completely fry my hair with bleach. Not only did she do a great job with coloring my hair, however she has also given me a lot of guidance with hair care by giving me a ton of tips that have made my hair noticeably healthier. Lastly, every time Violet styles my hair, it stays in place for DAYS which never happens with my hair. I'm naturally brunette but have always felt more more self with sun kissed, "natural" looking blonde highlights. The stylist I went to was Cheyenne who was nice but ruined my hair and my daughters. My daughter asked for a balayage and specifically said not to do highlights. Yup, you guessed it. She gave her high that don't look anything like the photo my daughter showed Cheyenne. She first over processed my hair where I had to cut 5 inches off, then one month later when I went in for a root touch up, mad my whole head brown, totally negating my previous visit, and made a mess of my daughters beautiful long hair.
