After visiting, I can clearly see (ha ha) why! The location is beautiful inside (so uplifting and spacious) and out (next to Betsy Caughlin Donnelly Park). The staff is friendly and highly professional. And Grace and Dr. Belaustegui did an amazing job with my screenings and exam. Everything was thorough and informative, from discussing my eye drops and ongoing eye care (wear your sunglasses and take long blinks!), to a whole eye scan that showed exactly what was going on in my eyes without needing a tedious and inconvenient eye dilation. Although I only needed a slight adjustment to my prescription, my new glasses are perfectly configured for computer use, which has already resulted in noticeably less eye strain! Meagan was also very helpful (and patient) with finding the new frames and walking through costs. Highly recommend! I called the office and the woman at the front desk argued with me stating I had already rescheduled this and she needed to know why I was doing so again. I explained I had not rescheduled, this was my first time calling the office but she did not believe me. I'm not sure why she was so argumentative or why this mattered. I ended up cancelling the appointment as this is no way to treat a new patient. There are plenty of other optometrists in the area that will have better customer service.
