Whenever I have stopped in, (which admittedly is not often), there is almost always someone who greets me fairly quickly and lets me know they are available to assist. On this latest visit I did have a question or two about a blazer I was looking at. The saleswoman was at the ready and was quite helpful. She let me know that even though the blazer was on sale already there was an additional 40% off. It was pricey to begin with but with both a sale price and the additional percentage off it became hard to resist...so I bought it. (I have been updating my seasonal blazer wardrobe over the past several months as I find blazers are often a great way to elevate an outfit and pull everything together.) I was also able to find a pretty gold belt. Alas, the belt was not on sale, and priced higher than I think it should have been but I think I will get a lot of use out of it so I purchased it. Their cosmetics and fragrances department is really nice and there are always plenty of salespeople behind the counters to help you out if you want to try on a product. I've bought several items from this department and have never been disappointed with what I've bought. One of the last times I was here someone from management helped me out with a gift card that I was having trouble using. So the customer service here is great and I can always count on leaving the store happy. They always have their departments attractively set up. And the prices on the merchandise and displays are always very clear. This location is definitely worth visiting.

And in particular, the lady there that was the kindergarten teacher just knew how to interact with bored children (who often accompany parents in shopping). She offered crayons and apple juice and tick tac toe! She gets it. In other words, even if she had NOT offered any of these items, she understood that they are kids and did not demonize them for being curious and (tired of waiting for mama- ha!). And beyond that, we did not get funny looks, or impatient you-do-not-belong here stares, gestures, or silent agitation. The people in the shop made us feel welcome and not out of place. They have plenty of sales going on, bicycles standard and electronic assisted, survival gear, clothing from all sorts of brands, boots and hiking gear, camping gear, lanterns, knives, paddles, water shoes, and also have deals on traded in gear.
