Not safe for kids Bought this backpack for my son for school the plastic broke in half and cut my son's hand. Took it back to the store to return, were they told me they could not find proof of purchase and refused to return. Left the backpack and got him a Nike pack read more

While this location did not have the boots that I was hoping for, they were extremely nice and attentive, and helped me understand my sizing in a couple of different styles so that I could order online! I really appreciated Lisa in particular, who made sure to give me tips so that I picked the best style for me in the future without making me feel at all pressured. read more

I feel like every time the customer goes into the store they're being watched like all the time and it's uncomfortable I think that their business would do better if they were a little bit less surveillance and overly annoying up beat, even when they're clearly being rude to me. It's a small store with too many staff focusing on the wrong things. I would start but making the customer feel more welcome to look around without being bothered. For example three people within two and a half minutes ask me hey what can I do for you what can I get for you what are you looking for I don't want to hear that I'm shopping I'm just looking around put the pressure on me made me feel watched and weird. Clothes are hit or miss, there sizing is way off. Also their clothes are priced quite high, and they're styling seems to be a little bit off the past few years. Just my opinion. read more
