I have gotten great deals on the clearance racks along with the discounts. I find the store to be clean and the employees to be nice and helpful. I've bought jewelry with my Kohl's cash and ended up paying $0 to just a few dollars. Some of it is pretty cheap so if it falls apart after just a few months as a few pieces have, it doesn't upset me. What I can't stand about Kohl's in general is when you submit a review, they do not allow you to include details of the transaction (your overall experience), you may only review the product. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes on-line and ended up returning both. I received one pair in a few days, it took two weeks for the second pair to arrive. My review was not accepted twice because I mentioned the shipping time and the loss of the discount, even if I were to exchange for the same shoe in a different size. They tell you to call customer service about this kind of thing. That prevents potential customers from realizing the kinds of problems they may encounter when ordering on-line.

She got horribly upset for some reason, stating that this was her job. I just let it go, and said okay, with a smile. But she totally saved the whole experience for us. She emerged from the back with exactly the pants we had asked for, in exactly the color we needed, and even gave me three size options to try.. she was amazing! I was already planning on texting my friend and telling him I couldn't get my required groomsman attire.. ready to be "that guy" in all the wedding pictures. This location had a huge selection of clothing, and for the first time in our experience at a Burlington Coat, the shoe section was well organized and the packaging wasn't torn to pieces.
