They offered me a walk behind machine but did not reduce the price. The man who took my reservation neglected to inform me a weekend rental includes only 8 clock hours on the equipment. The machine had 0.9 hours more than the rental agreement stated. One of the ratcheting straps was put on in such a way it could not be released and had to be taken apart. The staff didn't connect the trailer lights but it didn't matter because the trailer brake lights didn't work. The Harley rake spun but would not follow a straight line but flopped from left to right. I called and left a message but no one returned my call. When I returned the equipment I was only given a $10 refund on a $300 rental and will need to rent a Harley Rake and Dingo from another company. Huge waste of time and money.

Our flooring arrived two days later for pick up. And you can track your order via the email receipt to be aware of it's arrival. We've received several comments on our flooring and very happy with our purchase.

This vendor try's to get addition personnal information on the buyer, and if it can't it denies the purchase in this case a good personnal check. This causes the seller to loose the investment in sales people and place. This causes the seller to loose it's investment of their installer, just because the Third party vendor does not find, or have access to a buyers personal information. Wake up and realize that the third party United Technologies does nothing for the business other than loose them business. LL Flooring corporate has been notified of the problem, and has chosen to DO NOTHING! Realize the time you could waste just to find out the Company LL Flooring has made a mistake and is too lazy to do anything about it. The Customer pays for it in wasted time and effort to support some fly by night third party vendor, United Technologies.
