They lied and told me they were on the way, and never showed up, called in sick one time, etc. Very disappointed and lost money from work because of it. I had to give 1 star but didn't even want to do that. Actually they ended up showing up for the last appointment 3 hours after my appointment. I guess they think people have nothing better to do than sit around and wait.

I select another item or two. when I go to pay the cashier said they were $15 EACH...Mentioning the signage and asking where the $15 price sticker was I was told "they had just got them in" I left the other items I was going to purchase and left. Remember when this would have been considered false advertising ? ? Obviously she charges whoever whatever she chooses....wanted them herself... or ?? Certainly a store to AVOID. Also thinking of donating items ?? There are more honest charities to donate to.

My only issue was that the project had to be pushed back because they did not get the product in when they said they would. Not a big deal though because it was only a couple days and I was not on a tight schedule. The bigger issue was that he couldn't finish the job because I found out they still didn't have had a transition piece in. When I called to tell them to forget about that piece (I had purchased another for $6) they said I had to pay because it was shipped to them now. Then I find out it was $85 for a single length of transition. I had to move out of state the next week so I didn't have time to deal with fighting so I paid. They were helpful and reasonably priced (if you ignore the way overpriced transition) but I will not use them again or recommend to others. product promised: 5/7 product arrived: 5/9 install finished: 5/15 transition arrived: 5/16

A gentleman passed by me 4 times and never looked at me. I have shopped at every tile store in town and Louisville Tile was the very worst experience. I ended up walking out upset. It was a 45 minute drive from my house to their showroom. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and take every opportunity I can to share how dismissive they were to a potential client looking for tile for a remodeled kitchen, master bath and entry way. I've been admiring Honest Home since it was Bluegrass Green Co. and moved onto East Market Street…read more I appreciate this store's devotion to green and recycled building products. The store's owner, Sandra, is so approachable, and you can tell she's passionate about this. Alas, I have not yet had a need for their building products. But I have purchased several of the gift items they have in the store -- another reason to check it out! Honest Home carries this fun line of cards with cut-out birds to be used in mobiles. It also has kits to build your own toys, and for Christmas, I particularly admired the ornaments and wood veneer Christmas tree garland. The store gets the veneer scraps from manufacturers, and it would have otherwise been thrown out. Honest Home brings its green mission to Christmas trees as well. And for home products, I've noticed that they carry recycled rugs, compost bins, flooring and countertops, lighting, cleaning products and paint. I am hoping to buy a home soon, so I'm looking forward to getting some green supplies to make over my new home. I'm holding out on the fifth star until then. I'm sure I'll continue to be impressed by Honest Home.
