I pass this nail salon on a regular and happy my daughter wanted to give them a try! Upon entering, it's beautifully decorated. For such a small suite, it feels just right! They probably have some of the best customer service I've experienced in a nail salon. Not only were we warmly greeted , they offered a beverage to everyone that entered. They provided the same level of customer service to everyone , even kids waiting alongside their moms. I got a pedi, full set and brow wax! The service was quick and I was satisfied. Super disappointed, was really hoping to like this place because they are close by, I came in on Thursday at 2:30pm I was treating myself so I got a deluxe pedicure with gel and a manicure with gel. They did the services at the same time which I do not mind however CeeCee doing my pedicure was rushing every step of the pedicure. Didn't even leave the paraffin wax on long enough to harden completely, there was no leg massage and she basically rubbed the sugar scrub on and then wiped it off. By the time I was "done" with both services it had only been 35 min mins you the gel takes a while to dry between each layer. My nails and toes are done very sloppy and there is paint all around the skin and cuticles so I am not confident they gel will even last. When ringing up CeeCee mentioned it was $70 for the pedicure and $35 for the manicure. I complained about my services being rushed and sloppy to Sunny and he advised "next time you come back they will take longer on my pedicure and manicure". CeeCee offered me $5 off, admitting that the services were rushed but continued to have a attitude when I chose not to tip on the service I was not pleased with. I ended up paying $100 and left very unsatisfied. read more

I was charged $130 for a pedicure and full set of nails! I'm 62 years old. I've been getting my nails done since I was 18. Never have I been so unhappy with the service followed by such financial exploitation. They upcharge excessively without any disclosure of cost. I loved my deluxe pedicure which was posted at $50. I hadn't had a pedicure since the pandemic, so I was willing to pay that. I wanted Halloween black glitter nails for the holiday. She encouraged me to get gel because it's what she was wearing and it would last a month. OK. Another lady started on my nails. She asked if I wanted tips. Of course. You have to do tips with a full set. Then she started and I told her I wanted the same black glitter that was on my feet. I confirmed the number. OK. My nails were silver glitter. I told her no, I asked for black glitter. She just kept going, assuring me it was the same. It was NOT. I'm not blind. And during the service, she hit my cuticles with the electric file which was painful. Not only were my nails an ugly silver glitter, but they were thick and uneven. The salon was crowded, so off she ran to the next customer without correcting my nails. The manager overheard me say I didn't like my fingernails. So he made a color correction by applying a diagonal black gel design which was an improvement. When he finished, I went to the checkout and he said $130!! For what? Apparently, without disclosing upcharges, I was charged extra for tips, gel on toes, no idea what I was charged for ugly silver gel nails and I was apparently upcharged again when the manager tried to cover up the silver: design upcharge. $130! This place is horrible!!! The ladies push gel so hard the whole time until it's time for the color. They are very unsanitary which is funny because in the door they claim to be. She did not clean or sanitize the station. When I said aren't you going to clean she got mad and used a dry towel to wipe the nail residue from previous ppl. I still wasn't comfortable and she got a towel. They also dip into the same liquid and acrylic for everyone instead of pouring in a little cup then discarding. The menu price for a full set said $25 but charged me $30 and my nails are already coming off after just 1 week. My pedicure was not the worst but definitely not good either read more

Two of the other ladies came to me while getting my pedicure and were asking me what color and if I wanted a tip and after asking and asking I was like okay fine let's do it... the lady who started my manicure was the worst.. she nicked me three times and didn't even say anything. Got clue all over my finger and in the end the nails looked hideous! Very thick and not at all the same shape. Like I said I was in a hurry so I wasn't able to go back and tell them to redo them. My friend called to make an appointment at this nail place we have never been too, the appointment was set for 5 and they only have 3 workers and only one is working on my friends pedicure 3 other woman are waiting to be seen ... my point is don't let customers set an appointment if your not going to have enough workers available for the time it was set this is so unprofessional. I came in with pretty long nails and I showed the tech where I wanted them cut down to well she started out well on one hand but once she went to my other hand she just guessed and cut them shorter. The tech whom I didn't care to know her name was very rude as she was talkative and rushing and called me boring since I wasn't as talkative. She was so rushed she was spilling stuff & I said that's what happens when you rush, just slow down. Moving past that she asked what shape, I said square round, she did my pinky & asked if ok & it was but when I looked back over as I was trying to enjoy my so so pedi (another issue) my other nails are damn near oval shape & looked a HOT MESS. I no longer wanted gel polish since I wasn't satisfied at all with my nails so I told her she could just paint them with regular polish as I was more than likely going to take them off. Her painting skills were so awful my 15 yr old was like oh my. I was given a total of $145, which was also written on a sticky note. Once done, I asked the gentleman who was so nice when we first arrived if he was the manager, he said no, but he was the acting manager and asked what was wrong. I explained my issues for future reference to help them as I was already over the visit and just wanted to leave. He asked me to allow him time to fix my nails & offered to put another coat of polish on my toes. I declined and explained I was already frustrated and did not want to get more disappointed. He was adamant so I let him try to fix my nails, while working on them he had to file them down more to even them and fix the shape so now I have shorter nails. He stated I will polish with gel so you can just get up & go when done. I did not ask for him to now use gel as again I was already over the visit so now to check out (still not satisfied, just ready to get out of the shop before exploding and being put in the category of the angry black woman). He changes the total to $155, I say oh so I'm now paying $10 more. He says yes & proceeds to ask if that ok...why would it be sir? I pay anyway (treating this situation as a lesson learned and I will never return) & only leave a tip for the two ladies who completed my daughter's nails & toes. I am a very nice tipper & LOYAL customer when I receive quality service and this shop was a MISS on customer service & quality due to the lack of listening to the customer & rushing of service. After I got over the initial pushiness (is it that odd to just want a normal mani/pedi with no gel) and the fact that they kept trying to get me to pick bright colors for my daughter (she usually gets clear or a little glitter) ... the ladies were nice. I did feel I had to put my foot down because they kept asking me to get additional services. All their equipment was bagged and sealed (as should be), the green scrub they used for my pedicure smelled really good. The service in itself was fine, but my cuticles were still left to where I ended up taking some more odd when I got home and part of pedicure had a little lump in it. I've heard bad reviews about this salon from one person that went when they first opened but I went anyway because I was already in the area( Picking up balloons from the party city) and I had to be some where else so I didn't go to my original salon. Walked in no one was on the floor at all a lady yelled hello from the back and told me one moment. Then all of sudden all of the employees came running in through the front door they all greeted me which was nice. I had nail on from a previous nail visit at another nail shop that I wanted a change of color and fill and a pedicure. They gave me there color list which he bragged about how they had more then any salon(The nail salon in Big T has more color selections...) but I decided on a gel on my hands and a regular polish on my feet. They sat me down right way in the pedicure chair the lady that did my feet was really nice and the man that did my hands was nice too butttttt the way he was talking was getting on my nerves ... I'm a young African -American female and IDK if he thought he was being cool but saying gurlllllll and okaaayyyyyy and mmmmmmm-hmmmm and after everything he said was like ok you can talk to me like you would any other customer. the entire time he talked this big game about how they are the best nail techs and he does a bomb job and how after I leave I will always come back...... the Gel paint on my thumb chipped the same day, there was paint all on my skin which he did try to clean up now all of my fingers have chipped paint.... just a horrible job. No wonder I was the ONLY person in the salon when I walked in , only one other girl came in while I was there. The guy that was doing my nails was talking about all this money they spent on upgrading the look and design of the salon and im like that money should have been used on some more training horrible job!!!!! my feet came out ok. My first time visiting this nail salon was Saturday 1/9/21 and the customer service was friendly welcoming, I received $95 dollars of service and tipped $20. When the nail tech (whom seems to be the manager) was doing my nails (my own nails) he put super glue on my nail, because two were cracked, I advised him the glue will absorb because I wash my hands alot, he said no worries the gel will hold them together ( trust him, he is suppose to be the expert. But those two nails cracked the next two days (weekday) so I couldn't go till weekend, which is the same day I went the first time. So when I went the following Saturday 1/16/21, the treatment and service I received was so appalling. The gentleman who did my nails the first time treated me like a step child and kept playing on my intelligence, saying I caused the issue with my nails and they are too busy for me to be coming to get repairs. Keep in mind I had just got them done a week ago, and he guaranteed three weeks, so regardless your busy thats not my issue. I should have not had to inconvience myself to come back a week later for you to correct your error that could have been prevented, if you would have listened to me at the time you first did my nails. With all this said he did those two nails, and had to replace them with a nail tip and the job he did was horrific, he didn't file and or cleanup the nails, then told me they will be thick, fat because of the nail he had to put on. When I tell you I was so disappointed with the treatment, it took me to a place where I realized we should not allow this treatment, we pay for services and expect just that to the fullest! All they are concerned about is money, women coming in he steady sitting them to rec services, told me to come back in 45 minutes.Just to think my first visit, there was a lady he was overcharging and she argued she did not receive $50 worth of service, and when he called the lady who did her services, she confirmed she did not perform $50 worth of service, and he charged her accordingly! I kept that in mind so if I had decided to revisit this nail salon, to be careful I'm charged correctly (the amount for the services rendered). The two stars is for the service provided on my fist visit only! This salon is full of BS and I recommend watch out, they only want money and care nothing about service and or service to you!
