Honestly I had a really good experience here. Everyone was nice. Mai did my nails and they were exactly what I asked for. I let her know that I need nails that people would have to double take to tell that I had fake nails on ( I perform surgery so I need short nails with minimum color). She definitely did a great job. My toes were done by someone else who I unfortunately don't have her name. They are beautiful nails but unfortunately the big toe cracked within 24 hours so I have to go back. The owner is racist!!!! Then tried to charge $185 for a fill and adding a simple design!!! Then he insulted me as if I was broke. I have never not paid the charge, but this was excessive. As I tried to look up another option, he stated, "I'm not doing your nails." He also was stating racial things in his language!!!! Not a big fan of this place. I met my friend up there for mani and pedi's. When I arrived she was already in her chair getting her pedi. It was just the overall vibes for me, specifically, from the younger Asian man who; while not outright rude, was just dry and a bit condescending. I ended up not getting my services done (did not want to give them my business) and my friend who had planned mani with her pedi, decided to only get a pedi. I came in for a simple pink almond set--no designs, nothing complicated. Right from the start, the experience was uncomfortable. The nail tech began filing my natural nails with what felt like a high-speed drill--it was honestly painful. Then, when she started applying the tips and shaping them, I noticed they were all coming out crooked. I mentioned this to her after the first one, and she dismissed it by saying, "Well, your fingers are crooked so there's nothing I can do. From my point of view, they look straight." That response was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. I've been getting my nails done for years, including at this salon, and I've never once been told my fingers are the issue. Other techs here have shaped my nails perfectly with no problem. She kept insisting the powder would fix it and continued blaming my fingers instead of addressing the actual issue. At that point, I asked her to just remove the tips because I could tell it wasn't going to turn out right. While removing them, she filed so aggressively that she damaged my natural nail beds--leaving them burning and sore on all 10 fingers. I ended up having to tell her to stop and walked out. Loved this place! We moved to this area a few months ago & I REALLY needed a new pedicure place. I called & asked if they took walk-ins & he said I could if I came in 10 minutes. I did...with my niece & we both TRULY enjoyed our deluxe pedicures. The only thing I would ask next time is if they could cool the hot stones off a little more. Other than that, everything else was absolutely amazing!!! We left feeling like we were truly pampered like the queens we are! Thank you for making us feel warm & welcomed. I was scheduled for Wednesday and couldn't make appointment because of work called on Monday rescheduled the appointment to Friday and showed up early on Friday to find out while waiting that someone else was scheduled at that time when she showed up and when the nail tech Kevin got there was told I missed my appointment Wednesday and that I need to leave even tried showing my call log which showed I called and spoke to someone but he refused to even look at it! Not to mention I have been a loyal customer since 2019 so to be treated that way never will I ever go there EVER again!!! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I left a very detailed google review & a comment on their instagram page because clearly y'all are trying to play with me. For that, you get a poor review on every major review platform that comes up on the first page on google, beloved! Like I said on my google review. Crystal did a AMAZING pedicure, she really did, my feet feel amazing. All I wanted was more care behind my service of making my deep french request, fulfilled. Not something half-a**ed. I offered direction kindly, Crystal couldn't do it. Jasmine stepped in, I offered direction & she was passive aggressively rude, she got it close enough to how I originally walked in. But y'all missed out on a great tip because I'm a BIG TIPPER. So keep your $73 crazy upcharges for mediocre work, but a poor review on ever major platform can't beat that :) Clearly the owner has a bad wrap for being rude & a liar, which is exactly how the business itself responded to my google review. I got my nails done three times at this nail salon and the third visit confirmed why my family would not be going back. The lady who usually does my nails was with another client so I was given someone else. She was sweet but the man working the front needs to learn better customer service skills. We were there over two hours and my fiancé paid for a service that hadn't been completed yet and the man up front knew it. His customer service and their timeliness are not good. I broke a nail a few days later and went back to the salon twice to get it repaired. Long wait the first time and I waited over 30 minutes the 2nd time. I was handed a book, told to select a color, and to keep waiting. We left and won't return. read more

Horrible customer service. Who puts a sign on a door on a Saturday afternoon when people are off and are trying to get nails done. They are not taking any more customers that day. Go back Sunday told me if I did not have a appointment I could not get service. The owner flirts with employee while she's working on you. Don't remember the techs name. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Their prices posted aren't what they seem at all and one of their young pedicurists is hard of hearing. To the guy who works the front, this is clearly your first receptionist job and it shows. Please promise to only work here and never anywhere else. The best part of his salon was Nick. Beware owner is a liar and is very rude!!! Would definitely say anything to look good. I made am appointment with them for 3, a few min after I made the appointment I got a call asking me for the time the appt was made and I confirmed it was 3pm then I heard someone at the background shout saying they had no time...I asked if 3 was still an OK time and he said yes. Unfortunately there was a lil traffic on my way there and I got there at 3.05 and walked in at 3.06 only for him to tell me I was late and they took someone else, am like only 6 mins ...I looked around and it did not look like anyone just walked in 5mins ago ...he then told me to get a manicure well that was not what I came for ,he later admitted they were short staffed!!! Honey...if I could do no stars I would! Run, don't walk away from this place! I was charged $70 for a short basic set! And the lady tech was extremely rude! She charged me for coffin shape, and these are very much square! My daughter was charged $65 for a basic square white polish with a heart. My friend was initially quoted $115 for a FILL!!!!! When I voiced my concerns about the service and the price to the owner, he was very dismissive, and was pretty much like it is what it is. So of course, I was painted out to be "the angry black woman" and the police was called. Luckily the 2 officers that showed up were very nice and quickly understood my frustration. They called the owner out to verbally trespass me, and as he was turning away he winked at me. Pretty much attempting to piss me off further. The cops made him go inside, and we laughed at him! Nail tech(Tram) is nice and professional but the men in the shop are rude and disrespectful and not willing to listen to customer concerns.

I came in and got a pedi from Chloe and an acrylic fill with gel polish from Sebi... Both girls were awesome. I've been to nail shops in Gariand, Mesquite, Richardson and Dallas since moving here from Phoenix and I'm so excited about finding these girls. They took their time and did an amazing job shaping my toe nails and my fill. I highly recommend... Ill be back!! read more

I think ivy did my nails, the young one with the short blonde hair. There is a $50 minimum for a basic, and I mean BASIC full set, OUTRAGEOUS for this area. They didn't offer anything to drink, not even a bottle of water. There is no difference in the products they use from cheaper shops and my nails look look worse than other places I've gone to in this area. She tried to force me to get longer nails than I wanted and had I not asked about pricing she would have charged me extra for a length I didn't want. The original design i wanted she said it would be $30 extra for a V shaped white tip. I ended up asking for basic solid white nexgen instead. She didn't cover all of my nail with the gel, and now there are gaps where there's no white. She also left gel residue around my nail bed and under the nail tip and didn't take it off until I asked her to. They charge $5 to take off gel and an additional $20 to put it back on. So a total of $25 for gel on your toes. I was fine with the $20 charge for gel as that's a standard price, but charging extra to take off the current gel is baffling. My big toe nails broke, and I asked her how much to add a tip to 2 toes and it was $15. Unfortunately, I had to do it because my big toes were significantly shorter than the rest of my toes and it would have looked weird. There was still a lot of dry skin left on both heels and they said they tried their best but they can't get anymore. I've never had this issue at any other salon. My heels and sides of my feet were very rough. I think since i opted for the basic pedicure they didn't want to try to get all the dead skin off. I bet if I paid for a more expensive pedicure this wouldn't have been an issue. I asked for my nails and toes to be done at the same time and she kept making excuses why they couldn't (it was almost empty at the time I arrived), until I demanded both at the same time. I understand if they were busy, but they weren't. These people are money hungry and can care less about providing proper customer service. This was a terrible experience from beginning to end, and to pay $130, this is beyond unacceptable! The measly 10% off they give is not enough, they are still significantly over priced!! I will stick with the cheaper locations in this same area that do a far better job. read more

BEWARE OF THIS NAIL SALON! I never write reviews, but considering that I had the worst nail experience of my life at Wynn Nail Spa in Desoto, TX, I figured it was warranted. First off, most of the nail techs do nails poorly, from what I obseved. Evan, who appears to be the owner, worked on my nails today. He was rude, unprofessional, impatient, extremely cocky and an overall prick. He has absolutely no people skills and clearly does not value paying customers. While getting my nails done today, I mentioned to him my concerns about my nails not turning out as expected. I asked if he could make a few minor adjustments to help fine tune his poor quality work (nothing involved him doing any rework). To my surprise, he hopped out of his seat and refused to finish my nails because i was "undecisive" about what I wanted. I was in shock that he would leave my nails incomplete because of his impatience.  I asked him to please finish because my bday celebration was the following day.  There was no empathy from him whatsoever. He left the shop immediately,  which makes me think he was just ready to go home. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SALON.
