Came here on Saturday morning since the family was craving a typical Colombian breakfast. It wasn't too busy which it was great since there was plenty of setting . The full breakfast includes meat and arepa , but everything that you buy here it's so good . The arepa de choclo was warm and delicious with cheese on top.

This has been a go to for me for years!!! A little taste of home. This place is located inside a plaza with plenty of parking. You won't miss it because the windows have a Colombian glad sticker all over them. When you walk in you have two options you can sit down and eat restaurant style or you can walk up to the counter and order cafeteria style. I usually just go up to the counter and order. The people at the counter are always so nice and efficient they want to get you in and out. My go to are always the empanadas and the jugo de lulo. The juice is made on the spot when you order it and the empanadas are always fresh and delicious. I like them so much that I have catered them for parties at my house. If you like spice get the spicy sauce... sooo delicious with the empanadas but watch out because it has a little kick. If you want some Colombian treats this place is authentic and delicious you won't regret it.

One of my favorite Colombian places to eat. The Sancocho here is awesome. The folks here are generous in their portions and quite friendly.

This place is the best place to grab your Colombian fix of great food. We've been coming here for years, since my parents live in the area and the food can't be beat! My favorite time to go is in the mornings when I get my empanadas de carne (beef empanadas) and Pan De Bono, it's a great start to my day!! The quality of food is consistent. If you're in the area you have to give them a try!

A reasonably priced Colombian restaurant located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Large portions in every item we ordered. The food tasted fresh. The fried pork belly I ordered was a bit bland and the meat was tough. The ground beef was good. The beef tongue was great. The service was decent but not very attentive. You have to flag your server for just about everything.

The portions they serve are huge and easily enough to serve two people. One of my friends I was with got the chicken, two of them got the steak, and I decided to try the Aliaci soup which is their chicken and potato soup. It was absolutely delicious with such a rich depth of flavor. The chicken and steaks my friends received were the size of the plate! All their dishes were served with the choices of two sides. The chicken empanadas we had for an appetizer were amazing. Crunchy on the outside and filled with such flavorful chicken on the inside. For drinks we all enjoyed their coconut lemonade. I heard they have great lunch specials and I can't wait to return for that. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because we had to ask the waitress like three times for our check so we probably waited a good half hour before finally getting it. Restaurant was clean and service for the most part was very good.

Everything takes much longer than before, and the staff seems distracted. During my last visit, the waitresses were watching TV while we waited just to get an extra spoon or plate. Small requests shouldn't take that long. And it seems they get upset when asking for something extra. American music at a Colombian restaurant? With an UNPAID SPOTIFY account that we have to listen to the advertisement It's disappointing because this has always been one of my favorite places. As a long-time customer, it's clear that something is happening with the management or the service standards. I truly hope they can turn things around and get back to the excellent experience they used to provide.

With just the right amount of coconut and freshly squeezed lime it's the perfect drink to cool you off. I ordered the fried egg stuffed arepa, hmmmm very tasty! I then tried their beef empanada with their home made salsa. Best Colombian empanada I've ever had! The perfect crunch on the outside and mouth watering flavor on the inside. My husband ordered the mini bandeja paisa which includes rice, red beans, ground beef, fried pork belly, sausage, sweet plantain, a fried egg and a small arepa.... need I say more! It's a party of flavors in your mouth! I will come back to order their other menu items and two more coconut lemonades as mentioned in the Miami.com article, "you will never look twice at a regular lemonade again!" http://www.miami.com/things-to-do-in-miami/yellow-green-farmers-market-is-in-broward-but-its-totally-worth-the-drive-miami-188855/

Today, we…read moretried Pasabocas de Colombia because the pictures we saw on their menu were just too good to pass on. As a starter we tried the Spinach empanada and the beef empanada. They were so fresh and steamy on the inside. If you're not familiar with Colombian empanadas, the batter is potato based and the filling has some chunks of potato in it. It is amazing! I've had a lot of different types of empanadas in my day and these are my absolute favorite! They are just so flavorful and the texture is so heavenly, it's a party in your mouth. The only problem is that as soon as I finish one, I immediately want another. They just go down so easily, I think it's because the batter is light and flaky compared to others. Ok, enough talk about the empanadas, I realize I'm starting to sound crazy... but I just love them so much! We also had a papa rellena, stuffed potato with a rice and ground beef filling. This also had a nice flaky crust and lots of flavor. As our main meal we had an egg stuffed arepa and a mini bandeja paisa. The egg stuffed arepa was good but the bandeja paisa was even better. It's a bowl with rice, saucy red beans, a small arepa, sausage, chicharrón, beef, a sweet plantain slice and why not? A beautiful fried egg on top! phew! I know it's a mouthful. It's comfort food in a perfect package. Honestly, I tasted only about half of the meats because my hubby scarfed it down way too fast. But I sopped up the saucy rice and beans with the arepa and was a happy camper. Lastly, I drank a coconut lemonade which was so refreshing that I even got another one to go. I will absolutely be making this one of my new go to places!
