The restaurant venue is small. There were a few tables indoors available. The staff attending was courteous and the restroom facility was very clean and tidy. The staff were hospitable. This place just keeps going down hill and you can tell because it used to be Packed every morning I would shop by and the food cases would be full... now there's barely anyone there and they have limited items that are just so underwhelming ... today I stopped by and the pandebonos and pandequeso looked liked flat overcooked pancakes. You can forget the pandeyucas because what they sell as a pandeyuca now is literally a hard rock. I was used to buying the cheese bread regularly because it was truly filled with good amounts of cheese ... last 3-4 weeks they literally put a small sliver of cheese in the middle and most of the rest of the bread has no cheese inside. The bread pudding used to be soooooo good and moist and now it's just so dry. Either they changed ownership or cook/baker because the change in the quality is drastic and prices up. read more

This place is really the bomb and their lunch prices are so cheap!!! Everyone here is super sweet and the food is delicious. I love their bread and their natural fruit juices. They serve you the juice in a huge container so you get full with less than half! My favorite is el jugo de maracuya. I recently came here to eat and got the mojarra frita. It was only 13.50, and I could not finish. The fish was so huge and it comes with two sides! I got white rice and tostones. They are also good for breakfast because they have a variety of colombian breakfast options. I love this bakery and would definitely recommend. I ordered cream cheese pastries and pan de bono. They were heated up just right in the oven and I took them home. I noticed on your menu they also make fruit shakes and different types of coffees. This is a review for an incident that occurred to me today. I decided to order my breakfast (an arepa with cheese and eggs) to cut my wait time, and to be able to just pick it up and go. I called it in at 7:17am. I came in at around 7:35am. I was never greeted, but I understood, because they had a line of people. The gentlemen who were ordering got the same exact thing I ordered, plus beverages. When I was there already for about 5 minutes out came another employee and I told her I was Bella, the one that called, and she said the food would be right out. The gentleman got served, and I was still there waiting. 7:40, I was still watching people get rung up one after another. I was not given my food until 7:45am, and as the lady was ringing me up with my card, she pointed at the screen for the tip selection. I told her, I was a bit upset, because I had ordered my food like 30 minutes before, and the gentleman who's order they took when I got there were already eating. That basically, there was no point in me having called in my order. Her response was that I needed to have patience. Listen I'm sorry, but that's not answer. I think someone who ordered their food over the phone to pick it up, it's because they're in a hurry. The gentlemen who ordered (20 minutes after I had called) could have waited a bit longer for their order. They were eating in, and didn't look like they had anywhere to be. I was running late to work because of them. Honestly if it would have been earlier, I would have made them keep their food and just passed by some place else. I'm truly annoyed by how unorganized they were running the place. They should have an employee focusing on just take out if there's that many people eating in. Or more than one person handling the front while everyone else was in back. (There was at least 3 who came out of the kitchen to take stuff out.) read more
